Great placement record !
Placements: Placement support is great. My first reason to choose this college was its good placement record only. In my psychology department, there were more than 60% placement during my time. Some of top recruiting companies were Divyam mind guiding academy, Building mind etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure in my college is top notch. From classrooms to seminar halls to library to laboratories, everything is appropriate. College does offers hostel facility too. Hostel rooms are air conditioned and provide a comfortable stay. Food quality in mess is good.
Faculty: Teachers were extremely helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was highly good. Often we had debates and discussions in class. Course curriculum includes internship mandatory in 3rd semester making the curriculum relevant and making students industry ready.

Satisfactory placements !
Placements: 80% of my batch was placed in good organizations from all over the country. The highest salary was 80000 per month. The average salary was 30000 per month. Top roles/ profiles offered in my course are psychologist, child psychologist, executive counsellor etc.
Infrastructure: The Infrastructure is very sound. It includes classrooms with digital projectors and 24*7 Wi-Fi facility. Particular sitting rooms are made available for faculty and non teaching staff. Apart from this there is facility of clinical / field work infrastructure like special schools and hospital which provide industry exposure.
Faculty: The teaching staff is qualified and knowledgeable in the sub domains of the subjects like applied psychology, child development psychology, clinical psychology, clinicals lawns and ethics and many more. Their experience helps a lot in inviting good companies for internships and placements.

The campus surroundings are neat.
Placements: In my program, placement is very less compared to the MBA department. The top roles allocated to graduates are counseling psychologist, assistant clinical psychologist, and research associate. Each year, there is a gap, which provides time to do internships too.
Infrastructure: The university offers excellent facilities and infrastructure. Academic facilities, as well as hostel and medical facilities, are provided. Amity also encourages sports and fitness. There are supportive and resource-rich programs facilitated within the campus. This really helps in personal growth.
Faculty: The teachers here are generally considerate, knowledgeable, qualified, and helpful. The course includes a blend of theoretical knowledge. Semester exams are challenging so far, but the syllabus is easy to do self-study. The pass percentage is generally high too.
Other: I opted for this course in 2023. Basically, psychology has so much potential to work in the future, according to me. This course consists of people from diverse cultural settings.

Seminars, industrial visits, workshops & summer internships provide amazing industry exposure.
Placements: Very few students were given placement as the placement cell did not have a lot to offer to the clinical psychology students. Therefore very few students opted for placement from my batch. Out of those who applied 90 percent got placed. The highest package for the job of a counsellor was 3.5 lakh. But as mentioned earlier, the placement was not in clinical settings. This is a valid point as if u want to work in a clinical setting as a clinical psychologist you need an M.Phil degree. Since no hospitals offer jobs for Masters in clinical psychology the placement cell did not have any tie-ups with hospitals. On the other, they have placements for those interested in industrial and organizational psychology.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent. Classrooms are very spacious, comfortable and stimulating. However, the Wi-Fi is not accessible across the campus and the library has very limited books. The canteen food is fine, sometimes very oily. There are 2-3 canteens available so you can choose whichever canteen food you are comfortable with. They have a large variety of options. Medical facilities are good. There is a clinic on campus with a paramedic to help you with issues. Sports and games are popular at Amity. The intercollege sports event Sangathan is a huge sports event that students prepare and participate in for various sports. The finalists go to Amity University, Noida for the finale. It is a very exciting event for all participants.
Faculty: The review for faculty is mixed. Just like every Institute, there are different types of teachers. Some are really good at what they teach. There are few brilliant teachers but others teach you different life lessons. The course curriculum is relevant and up to date. The workshops and exposure provided at Amity are really helpful in preparing you for the corporate world. So it's really how you make use of all the available resources.
Other: The best part about Masters in Clinical psychology at Amity is the amount of exposure they provide you through seminars, industrial visits, workshops and summer internships.
