Rollercoaster course and life.
Placements: The course will be chosen through counseling, and students getting above 90 percent can apply for the counseling. There is no placement or campus interview for this course. Clinical pharmacists, CRC, CRA, pharmacological, and many other roles are offered here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the Department of Pharmacy is good, with all labs for the subjects that are taught there. When it comes to the hostel, the fee is only 50,000 for a year. Food at the mess is okay, and the university has its own hospital and a big pavilion for sports.
Faculty: The staff is well-experienced and more knowledgeable, and their teaching quality is also good. The course structure is more relevant, with all subjects included to gain in-depth knowledge of the field we choose, and this course has an annual semester pattern.
Other: I chose this course to explore a lot about both the medical and research fields.

A place for placement, good infrastructure, green campus.
Placements: I am in the 2021 to 2025 batch, and 80% of students were placed. The highest package offered in our college is Amazon (47 LPA). The average package was 5 to 7 LPA (Capgemini, Cognizant, ZOHO), and the lowest package was 2 to 3 LPA. Top roles in data analysis, software, and networking.
Infrastructure: Yes, the Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms are very neat and spacious. Hostel facilities are also good, and the mess has tasty food and good water facilities. The canteen is also neat and has good food facilities. Sports and games are also happening nicely, with many competitions taking place at both state and national levels.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very kind and helpful. Teaching is excellent and in an understandable language. The course curriculum is relevant, and students are also ready for the industry environment. Semester exams are easy, and the pass percentage in our department is 100%.

Absolutely good but dissatisfied with placements, & they haven't conducted cultural events even once
Placements: Over 50% of students were placed. The highest package was 5.5 LPA and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were TCS and Schneider Electric, but I don't know the specific roles for placements. No one was placed in top companies. I attended interviews, but the questions were too difficult; MNC interviews were particularly hard. If our curriculum improves, we should be able to place students in top-tier MNCs.
Infrastructure: Yes, we have Wi-Fi, a library, and lab facilities, but the Wi-Fi speed is not great. The library is excellent and air-conditioned. Our college has many labs in all departments. Unfortunately, the hostel food is not good; there have been times when ants and insects were found in the food. After we protested, the quality improved a bit.
Faculty: Our teachers are not very supportive but help a little during college life. We struggle with placements because our curriculum isn't geared towards industry needs, making it difficult. If you want to enjoy college life, this might be the place for you, but if you aim to build your career, you might want to reconsider.
Other: I love electrical engineering, which is why I chose this course. The curriculum needs to be changed. Our university offers scholarships, but they don't conduct cultural events, only some short activities.

M.Sc. Statistics at Annamalai University.
Placements: Statistics is an emerging and successful course with many job vacancies in the fields of marketing and finance. Many corporate companies like Cipla, Novartis, and Accenture hire students from our college, with the maximum package being 3.6 LPA.
Infrastructure: Non-vegetarian food is served three times a week. The college provides good medical facilities and regular health checkups for students and faculty members. This initiative demonstrates the college management's concern for students' physical health.
Faculty: The teachers are good listeners, accepting of students' personalities, and treat everyone equally. They are also good at problem-solving and multitasking. Semester exams approach quickly, leaving less time for academics.

Teachers are friendly and good placements.
Placements: Nearly 85% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, Reliance, and Crompton Greaves. The top roles are service engineer and electronics engineer. Around 65% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Very good infrastructure. The labs are well-equipped with air conditioning. The classrooms look very beautiful with AC. The library is good, and many books are available. We have a tennis court at our college. The college provides good hostel facilities. The canteen food is good.
Faculty: The faculty in our college is good. They are friendly. The teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They help us a lot in understanding the concepts. They are fabulous and clarify our doubts. The course curriculum is good. The semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage is 70%.

Poor Placements for Pharma. D.
Placements: Total 30 students per batch, not sure about the package because I still have one more year. But most of my seniors rarely got placements from our college for our particular course, only a few companies come for placement. Apollo is the only company I've heard of so far.
Infrastructure: Course, lab facilities are good but the hostel is the worst. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my stay at the hostel. As a student, I expected a comfortable and conducive environment to focus on my studies. Unfortunately, this hostel has fallen short of my expectations in every aspect. The rooms are cramped, with broken furniture and dirty linens. The bathrooms are poorly maintained, with leaky faucets and unhygienic conditions. The hostel's infrastructure is outdated, with frequent power outages and water supply issues.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. The teaching at has exceeded my expectations. The professors are highly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and dedicated to their students' success. They use innovative teaching methods, making complex concepts easy to understand. The faculty is approachable, and they provide individual attention to students. The teaching style is interactive, with regular discussions, quizzes, and assignments.
