Placements: The placement is moderate. The students got the job in the automobile sector. Not a plenty of core companies are there, but you can do good off the campus after studying here. Mechanical and civil has low placement percentage as compared to CS and IT. If you are in touch with the placement cell, you can get some of the ideas.

Placements: My batch has worst placements. Only 4 companies visited and there were more than 900 students in the 2012-2016 batch. Only 7 of them got placed with too low salary. And if you have a gap between your graduation and intermediate then college will not allow you to sit in the placement.

Placements: The placements are not available for any of the streams. For our seniors, they all wrote exams for placements. The college didn't provide any placement, and they are trying to bring the companies to the college for placements. If you want placements and job, then you should not come to this college. This college is only best for studies. The college does not provide any internship to the students.

Placements: The placements are very bad. Only very bad BPOs and voice process oppurtunities are offered here. A bad opportunity to start a career here. I don't undertake to study engineering because one will end up having no skills, friends and memories.

Placements: The placements offered were good. The opportunities are more. For hardworking people, you get a lot of support and opportunity from faculty members. TCS and Tech Mahindra were the companies for the computer science. For the mechanical students, L&T gave a try on this college. The people help you a lot to get success on the campus.

Placements: The history of non-arrear students gets the placement that too 5 to 10 peoples. No placement training will be given to the students, and even the students placed in our batch have signed a bond of 5 years. No top companies will recruit here. If you want to get the job, search yourself and settle yourself. In short, if you are capable of learning yourself you can enjoy learning if don't join. 90% of the students don't want a job and will just enjoy their college life.

Placements: No placement opportunities offered by the college. They just give a degree. They promise that the companies will visit, but they don't invite anyone. Neither do companies opt this college for the recruitment which is worthless. Take admission if nothing else works out as the last option for maritime courses. I would recommend joining any college than this.

Placements: In the case of Annamalai, the strength of the students is very high. So, to get every student placed is a difficult job. The company used to come mainly for the field related jobs. The expected salaries are Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000. But, all the students were given the internships during their final years.

Placements: The placement is very nice. TATA consultancy services are the day one company of this college. The companies like TCS, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra plays important role in this college. Others are graphics companies and Bpo's. Good placements for students who are seeking for IT companies but getting placed in core related companies is the impossible task in this college.

Placements: The placement is not good. 4 years ago, MNCs were eagerly coming to this college and recruited students. But our college takes steps to place the students. It is not easy because of lots of fake consultancies which provide call letters. But it is worthless when we go to the organisation.

Placements: Our college gave placement only to the top 20 students- the students who passed with a high percentage in their class. Nowadays, an examination is held by different companies for the job. Many shipping companies like Marsek, MSC, Cosco, etc. hired the students.

Placements: There is no placement in Annamalai University. In my branch (ECE), placement is zero. We tried to meet the placement incharge but he was too busy to meet us. We went to the registrar but we were disappointed. So don't hope for placement. The placement is almost zero here. At the time of admission they will keep promising you that they will provide you placement in MNCs but after admission, nothing is done of that sort.

Placements: As it is a government university, the placement is fine. 40% of my batch and from senior batch got placed. The maximum salary is 50000 and the minimum is 10000. HCL, Wipro, Samsung, Infotech and major companies visited. I got an off-campus placement in Bangalore itself. If you work hard and you will get the placement. Placements in this university are hard to get.

Placements: In our batch, there was no campus placement. No company visited in our college but whoever passed out got a job immediately after leaving the college in MNCs. All of us are getting good salaries. Very few chances are there to be selected on campus because a very few companies visit there.

Placements: No placements as far as I know. Several companies come which ask for no backlogs and a minimum of 6.5 pointer. They offer merely 2 lakhs per annum, which is very less, and mostly of a BPO type. You can not have internship also as they want attendance more than your studies.

Placements: The management will announce a job mela so that interested students can apply. Mostly, the students reject it in our batch so only 20% students applied to the job mela. In that, everyone will get job for sure because only small marketing companies will come for the placements and the salary offered will be Rs 8,000-10,000. Students selected in the campus interview were offered the job of Marketing Executive. Our batch students did not do any internship.

Placements: Not good enough. They are having only BPOs more than course related companies. They only give importance to electrical branches. Not even respecting and guiding non-electrical branches. Even placement is done only for ECE, CSE, EEE students.

Placements: Two-three companies came. But only very few were selected from our year ie 2011-2015. Our seniors also had the same issue. Our university should make necessary facilities to make sure many companies come and many people are placed. The highest salary was 3 lakh per annum, I believe, which is not a good thing for a university. Well, the role was a majority for CS branch. In EC, only one was selected.

Placements: The placement was average for the civil engineering department. Although the placement was much better for other branches like CST, ETC and electrical, the total companies that have visited the campus are 56 including companies like Microsoft, Texas Instruments, Wipro and TCS. The students are offered various technical and managerial jobs.

Placements: The placement was not good as compared to the other colleges as only 25% students were placed. The highest salary offered was 5 lakhs per annum and the lowest was 1.5 lakhs. The names of the companies which visited were NLC, HCL, Microtech etc. Site Engineer was the post they offered, and only 15% of students got the internship from college. The highest stipend offered was 3 lakh, the lowest was 50,000 and the average was 1.5 lakhs.
