Apex Professional University (APU) strongly believes in the fact that monetary constraints should not be an obstacle for a student to have access to quality education. So, the University extends Scholarship and Financial Aid Scheme for the students taking admission at APU.

i) Northeast Scholarship Scheme:
In recognition of the Outstanding talent of Northeast students, Apex Professional University offers a range of scholarships designed to attract and reward the best students.

a) Diamond Star Scheme: Northeast students who have more than 95% marks in the qualifying exam and 85% above marks in GATE / CUET / NEET are eligible for a scholarship amount up to Rs. 3,00,000/- towards tuition fee concession.

b) Platinum Star Scheme: Northeast students who have more than 85% marks in the qualifying exam and 75% above marks in CLAT / GATE / CUET / NEET are eligible for a scholarship amount up to Rs. 2,00,000/- towards tuition fee concession.

c) Gold Star Scheme: Northeast students who have more than 75% marks in the qualifying exam and 65% above marks in CLAT / GATE / CUET / NEET are eligible for a scholarship amount up to Rs. 2,00,000/- towards tuition fee concession.

d) Silver Star Scheme: Girls minority SC/ST/OBC/EWS or Candidates having exemplary skills in sports performing arts & literature are eligible to apply for scholarship upto Rs. 50,000/- towards tuition fee concession.

ii) Post Matric Scholarship Scheme:
The Post Matric Scholarship scheme is a Centrally Sponsored scheme implemented by State Government and Union Territory Administrations. 100% Central assistance over and above the committed liability of the State Governments/UTs Admin from the Government of India. The State Government and UT admin to which the applicant belongs awards the scholarship.

iii) Scholarship for Defence & their dependents:
With a view to facilitate access to higher education, APU is providing the following scholarships to encourage our dedicated soldiers in the Defence and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) and their dependents. The services that have been included are- Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, Indian Coast Guard, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Border Security force (BSF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Railway Protection Force (RPF), National Security Guards (NSG), Special Frontier Force (SFF), Assam Rifles, Border Road Organization, General Reserve Engineer Force (GREF), Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), Military Engineers Service (MES), Defence Security Corps (DSC), Ordnance Factory Board. 50% fee connection for Recipients of Gallantry awards- (ParamVir Chakra, Ashok Chakra, Mahavir Chakra, Kirti Chakra, Veer Chakra & Shaurya Chakra, President’s Tatrakshak Medal and Tatrakshak Medal, President’s Police medal for Gallantry, President’s Police Medal for Meritorious Service, President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service, President’s Police medal, disabled in action & boarded out) 30% fee connection for Serving Officers (Other than above) nominated through study leave.

iv) Scholarship for Sports:
The University offers scholarships to meritorious candidates based on her / his performance exemplary skills in sports, performing arts or literature.

a) Candidates will get 90% tuition fee waiver for Gold Medalist of International Level in Sports Competition.
b) Candidates will get 75% tuition fee waiver for Silver Medalist of International level or Gold Medalist in the National Level
c) Candidates will get 50% tuition fee waiver for Bronze medalist of International Level or Silver Medalist in the National Level or Gold Medalist in the State Level.
d) Candidates will get 30% tuition fee waiver for - Medalist in the sports competition.
e) Candidates will get 20% tuition fee waiver for having some Exemplary Performance in Cultural and Co-Curricular activities (Music, Dance, Theatre, Fine Arts & Literary Events)

Note: Sports Competitions approved by ministry of youth affairs & Sports/ SAI/ IOA/ FISU/ National Federation of concerned Games approved by ministry of youth affairs & sports/ Association of Indian Universities/ School Games Federation of India.
