Yes, Master of Arts (M.A.) is available at Ashoka University at Postgraduate level. The specialisations are offered English, Economics and Liberal Studies. Ashoka University MA fee is INR 11.3 lakh. The fee mentioned here is not applicable to MA (Liberal Studies). A refundable security deposit of INR 20,000 and meal cost security deposit of INR 25,000 (if opted-in for Residence) at the time of acceptance of the offer of admission will also be charged. Ashoka University admission to the MA course is based on a written assessment or entrance examination. Candidates who pass the test are called for the interview round. The aspirants of the MA programme can apply through the Ashoka University online application portal. Ashoka University admissions for the MA in Liberal Arts programme are currently restricted to graduates of the Young India Fellowship.

Yes, entrance exams are used to determine admission to most programmes at Ashoka University. Candidates must take the Ashoka Aptitude Test AAT to be considered for admission to the B.A. programmes at Ashoka University. Candidates must show up for a right away essay writing exam and a Personal Interview round in order to be considered for admission to the M.A.  at Ashoka University.

A valid entrance exam score from Ashoka University, followed by a PI procedure, is also required for admission to the M.A. In Economics programme. The Ashoka University administers the entrance examination.

The eligibility criteria may vary for UG & PG courses at Ashoka University. As per the basic eligibility criteria for admission to UG programmes, the candidates must have qualified class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board

Whereas, for Ashoka University admission to PG programmes candidates must have completed graduation with a minimum of 55 per cent aggregate in the relevant discipline.
