Placements: I was placed in a company called XL Dynamics India Pvt. Ltd. The companies like Cummins India, L&T, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Shree Ram Finance, etc., visited GIMT. Many IT companies also visited GIMT during my batch. The placement during my batch is higher than the previous years.

Placements: The placements are average, and not too good. Local IT companies like Zaloni mostly visit the college. The average salary varied from 1 to 3 LPA during my time. Recently, the college has been accredited by NBA. This will surely boost the opportunities. TCS and L&T have visited the college before. One can expect a good job, provided he stands out with academics.

Placements: The placements for my batch was pretty good as 3 best companies came to North Eastern Regional Institute of Management for Bachelors of commerce they were Amazon, Federal Bank of India, and Godrej. Few of my batch mates were placed over these companies, and few went for higher studies in North Eastern Regional Institute of Management. Placements: The placement of our immediate senior batch was better than ours. In our batch, most of them were placed in BPO. Percentage of students placed in core company was very less. I never heard anyone getting paid internship. Most of them went for industrial training.

Placements: The placements offered was good for those students who were having no back papers. Our senior batch had placements in L&T, Shriram finance, Bosch, Amazon, etc. The highest was from Cummins India of 7LPA. The lowest offered was of call centre job of 1.5 LPA. Engineer-L&T, Amazon, etc. All of them got in Doordarshan, BSNL, and Airport mostly in non-technical. The internship stipend was not given.

Placements: The placement is not good. If a student puts an extra effort from his/her side, then there might be a chance to get a good job. For electronic and communication engineering, you can't expect any job in the core with reasonably good salary. After all, there is always a luck factor.

Placements: The placements on the campus are good. The companies like Wipro, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Zaloni, etc., visited the college for the recruitment. The minimum package is 5 LPA. Every year, most of the students are selected through the campus recruitment process. The good grades can close the deal with a good company.

Placements: The placement is very good. I got placed in XL Dynamics. The placements in IT and CSE branch were more compared to other branches. The companies like Tech Mahindra, Cummins India, Wipro, XL Dynamics, Shree Raam Finance are visiting the college. Some pool campusing is also held. The placement in my batch was more than the previous batches.

Placements: According to the course and competitively to other colleges, most of the students got placements. Around 40% of the students were selected in the campus placements. The highest salary was 35k per month, the average salary was 20k per month, and the lowest was 15k per month. Companies like HDFC Bank, Godrej, Varun beverage, etc., visited the campus. Placements: When we were in the 7th semester, all of our students got placement. We all got placement in three or four different companies. I was selected in OFOS Service Private Limited. After the final semester, this company told us to go to Kolkata and join our job. But after reaching there, they told us that their office was under construction and gave us the address of one hotel. Placements: We were called for placements in 2-3 companies. One of our students got placed too. As we were the second batch from M.Com so placements were not too much. But the scope of placements opens up as the project work is involved. The MBA placements are better than the M.Com placements. Placements: The placements for our batch are not that good, mainly for the computer science branch. Even for the seniors, there were fewer placement opportunities. A very less percentage of the students were placed. The salary which they offer is not up to the mark. No companies visited the campus this year. But, there were several pool campus placements. Placements: The placements were not that great, they were kind of average. There was no kind of summer placement for the students or any opportunity for internships. Although the placement committee managed to get over some companies for the end semester placement. There were Godrej and Federal Bank who came for recruitment. I got selected for the Godrej interview round but the pay was very less.

Placements: It is quite less and hardly 10% students get campus placements. The placement cell is not as strong as expected. Very few companies visit the campus. The package offered is also very low. So many students have to go to the open to seek a job and many feel the need of higher studies.

Placements: The placements are pretty much good in NERIM. Many reputed companies come visit on the campus. Most of the students got placed either on-campus or off-campus. Many got the job posts according to the wish and the post they wanted. The companies include Godrej and Federal came to the campus.

Placements: The placement is decent enough. We cannot expect more than the average package for UG degree students, for MBA it is good. One of the best colleges in Guwahati. The companies like HDFC, Godrej, Airtel, Vodafone visit for placement every year. The placements of last year were good. More than 50% of the students sat for an interview, and almost 90% were recruited( bachelor of commerce).

Placements: Many companies came to the college for placements. Companies like Godrej, Amazon, and Different banks came for recruitment. So if we work hard, we may get a placement. But one thing that I came across was the biased attitude regarding placement. When Godrej came for recruitment, only selective students were called up for the interview. All the students who were willing didn't get any notification regarding it.

Placements: The placements of this batch are moderate. The students who have the ability and willingness to grab the job were placed. The highest salary would be equal to or above Rs. 20000 per month, and the lowest salary would be Rs. 10000 per month. The companies that visited were Federal Bank, ICICI Bank, etc.

Placements: Yes, there were placements in our college. 20-30% of the students were placed, the highest salary was 4.5LPA, banks like ICICI, Axis, etc. have visited our college for the placement cell. No internship is offered from our college to the students, no placement cell. If the students get placed then for the first step, it is useful to get placed in any of the companies or banks.

Placements: Placements are below average and packages are very low. Below 20% candidates are placed. The package was less than 1.6lacs. Zaloni and start-up companies visited. Software developer, web developer and BPO are the roles offered. We didn't get any internship from the college.
