Best college to enjoy life and study.

Placements: 60% students are placed. The highest salary was 34000 per month and the lowest 12000. Amazon, vipro. Placement depends on students because college is providing us everything we need even they have contacts with some companies for placements. Placements are really good though.

The University is very poor, and they don't even deserve UGC affiliation.

Placements: There were only ten students got placed. They didn't allow the students who had less than 60% marks in 10th as well as +2 for good companies. They even conducted placement training for students who had less than 60% marks in 10th as well as +2, but they didn't allow them for placements.

I am satisfied with the faculty; placements are decent, infrastructure and facilities are also good.

Placements: The placements are decent in this university. Several companies arrive for placements here, but the placements are not much for mechanical engineering. There is a programme of academic adoption in which a student has the opportunity to work with the industry while continuing their studies.

A good university with a good teaching and non-teaching staff.

Placements: Every year, the placements are held on the campus. Around, 12-14 students were placed from our trade. The placement of computer science and electronic and communication are goods. Almost half of the class will be placed every year. The placements for MBA are also goods. Pharmacy placements are also held on the campus.

Satisfied with the college because of good placement as well as good, hard working staff.

Placements: I got placed in Orange Business and Services, which is a French-based multinational company and a very well-reputed organisation. The placement over here is good for our batch, as well as, for my senior batch. There is a placement cell over here. The packages vary from 3 LPA to 5 LPA.

Baddi University at its best.

Placements: The placements in Baddi University are good for the students who are eligible. They should have at least 60% marks throughout 10/12th and B.Tech. In Baddi University, on an average, 50% of the students got placed. Many MNCs visited here like IBM, Orange, JP group, NTT data, Electrolab, and many more. The university also has a placement cell where everything about their career was taught. The eligible students will not get any difficulties at the time placements. The minimum package offered is 1....

BUEST is pathetic, don't spoil your parent's money and your career by joining this university.

Placements: There is a worst TPO department. There are no placements. They will give you admission if you have below 60% in +2, but will never give you a chance to sit in campus placement because they need 60% throughout 10th, +2 and B.Tech. They didn't ask me for my JEE-Main roll number while I was filling the admission form. Don't join this college. They will spoil your money as well as career. There is no internship, but they will provide you industrial training for four weeks on campus, through a third ...

Average in faculty, and satisfied with the academic studies.

Placements: The placements in CSE and electronics are well maintained, and a lot of IT companies used to visit the college. In case of mechanical and civil departments, a few companies used to visit for the campus recruitment. In the case of the civil department, there are no placement oppurtunities.

The management is poor for the students to make them placed, and there is a lack of internship.

Placements: The placements were poor for our batch, and we were told that it might be because of demonitisation. Only 20% of the students were placed in our batch. Our seniors got better placements than us. The average salary package offered was around 3 lacs per annum. A few companies visit the campus, which may be around 4 or 5. The companies like Unisys, IBM visited the campus. Our college doesn't provide any internship programme. There is a placement cell, which doesn't work as per expectations of stude...

I am satisfied with my university as the faculty is experienced and helpful.

Placements: The placements are good. In my batch, about 60% of the students are placed. The highest package offered in my batch was Rs. 30,000 per month and the lowest offer was Rs. 10,000 per month. The companies that came on the campus are not quite good, but we get the exposure. Some of the companies didn't provide the stipend, but some others did.

In 2016-17, the placements are good. Until this month, 5-6 companies visited the college.

Placements: The placement of the college is good. In the past 5-6 years, many companies visited the college for the placement. Most of the students got placed through the campus. The status of the university is good in engineering as well as in pharma. We got the educational awards in the past year from the educational ministry.

The faculty members are very sound in their subjects.

Placements: The placements are not of that level, but still, the students are getting placed. Few companies are there but core companies are not there. The TPO department is doing its job. The highest salary I have seen is 18 lakhs. The minimum pointer required to sit for placement is 6.0.

Good placements, especially in CSE. Good Wi-Fi. Supportive staff. The IBM-ICE programme is great.

Placements: I would say the placements for computer science is pretty good. It is good for BCA, MCA, and MBA also. But in the field of civil and mechanical engineering, there are very less or no placements at all. A minimum score of 60% is the eligibility criteria.

My experience at Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology.

Placements: The placements from our senior batches were good. 3 students got placed abroad with a salary package of 18 lakhs. Others also got placed in various private companies and some in government sector companies also but now, less companies are visiting the campus for placements, especially in civil engineering.

Dissatisfied because of placements.

Placements: Placement is not very good. My batch has 200+ students and only 5-6 are placed. The highest salary offered is 24k per month and the lowest salary offered is 8-9k per month. Companies like Indo MIM, Jupiter Pvt. Ltd, JTEKT, Ralson Tyres have visited our university. The companies offered graduate engineer trainee post to the most of students. Nobody got an internship from the college.

You can survive in this college only if you pester the teachers. The course curriculum is age old. Most of the faculty is from the college itself. Also, there is no criteria for admissions, anyone after 10+2 or diploma can join the university. Also, the quality of hostels are pathetic, only MBA hostel is decent. Wi-Fi is also quite moody, can give you a decent speed but sometimes your 3G connection is better than that. But the story does not end here. The kind of atmosphere you get here is pathe...

Nothing to criticise, except the locality. Green environment. Very nice and understanding faculty. Appreciable campus placements. Scenario is acceptable. Decent canteen for relaxation. Sports facilities up to the mark. People are helpful and crowd is good. Hostels are available at decent rates, as compared to other surrounding colleges. Easy access to main road, hardly 100mts distance. Very near to city Chandigarh.

The number of students increases and the criteria of admission also makes different due to which it becomes worst to the good students to go through good for getting knowledge. The staff is very strict and rude. There's no friendly environment between students and faculty. Faculty doesn't support students at all. Lots of hype around placements but it's not that impressive. Average classrooms. Mess facility is good in hostel. Area around the college is not good.
