Review of BHU - Banaras Hindu University.

Placements: There are no placements for UG courses. However, fellowships such as Gandhi Fellowship, Teach for India and others conduct recruitment drives and offer decent packages. Some companies visit the campus, but very few of them.

I am totally satisfied with this college.

Placements: Placements are conducted due to COVID, but certain seminars are organised by the department, which is knowledgeable for us and played a huge role in our graduation. A job fair was organised by the department when there was no COVID situation.

If you want to go for social development in society, then this college is good for you.

Placements: About 50-60% of the students from our course placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 5,000 per month. Companies like government agencies visit our college to hire students. Top recruiting companies like Piramal Institute of Learning visit our college every year two times for the internship of the students. About 50-60% of the student got an internship from many companies. The top roles offered in our course are data handling of human resour...

I had a completely happy college life.

Placements: About 85% of students got placed from our department. The number of companies visiting here for recruitment is continuously increasing. Mainly they offer SDE and analyst roles. Almost every company allows students to attend placements for some roles. If any student wants time to prepare further, this course is really relevant for them.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty, crowd and decent placements.

Placements: The campus placements are held every year. At least 4-5 students from each class, i.e., a total of approximately 20 students, get placed. The highest package offered to the students is generally around 6 Lacs per annum, and the lowest package generally ranges from 2-3 Lacs per annum. Placements: Almost 30-40% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are TCS, etc. Almost 50-60% of the students got an internship in firms, Sai & Associations, etc. Top roles offered to the students are judges and legal advisory at the top MNCs, and BHU law faculty members are popularly known in judge factories. They have their alumni in various HC and in SC also as a judge.

There is a good infrastructure, but in terms of practical exposure, it is not worth it.

Placements: Only a few students were placed from our course in various companies such as ICICI Bank, etc. All students didn't get placements, and students who got placements got a salary of around Rs. 25,000 to 30,000 per month. Only a few students get internships from here. For placements, faculty members are not doing great.

Placements: Placement opportunities are very less for B.Com students, but if you pursue higher education such as MBA and PG courses, then placement opportunities are very high. I am not sure about the highest and lowest salary packages offered, but the average salary package offered is very less. Very few students got internships in companies like Swiggy, etc.

Placements: Companies visit BHU to hire undergraduates. For undergraduates, placements provided are not specific to the stream. I applied for a B.Sc maths Hons. The salary package offered is decent, which ranges from 1.4 LPA-1.8 LPA. I was just an undergraduate, and HR instructed to fulfil top priorities.
