Placements: Our course placement season has yet not begun but yes I can tell about my seniors. In my seniors batch almost 95% students were placed with an average package of 6.5-7 LPA. The highest package offered was 11lpa. Some of top recruiting companies were DHL, Writers, Ujjivan small finance bank. Top roles offered was business analyst, BDM.
Placements: To start off with internship, None of the students received internship offer from the faculty's side. When it comes to placement, FOC stands on the darker side as there was only one company which came forward in 2018. This is mainly because of the lack of initiative from the placement cell. Talking about the numbers, the average placement percentage was 1-2% with averagepackage offered being Rs. 2-2.5 LPA.
Placements: Placements at UG students are quite poor than in PG students in psychology as experienced by our seniors. Placements for undergraduates are hardly available here. But overall I had poor experience regarding placements. But, many options are there for postgraduates in psychology as well as in other courses.
Placements: Placements in our college were not that good. Only a few students, i.e., 1 or 2, got placed, and the rest of the students did not have a job after passing out from the college. The placement cell did not play its role actively. The placement coordinators showed the least interest in placement activities.
Placements: Placements in college were not that good. There were 120 students in our stream, and only 70 students got placed. Many of them did not get quality jobs. After getting the IIT tag, BHU did not progress in the right direction in all sections of education. There is a need for a good team of teachers and staff to make progress in the upcoming years so that the education system improves.
Placements: Regarding exposure for job profiles, I would rate the college 6/10. Regarding the salary package offered, I would rate it 7/10. Also, students don't necessarily go into their specific field of interest. Mechanical engineering graduates often go into software, consultancy, etc., streams. The number of core companies visiting the college has been increasing over the past three years. The average salary package could be rounded at 9.5 LPA.
Placements: The placement scenario is not very convincing. The average salary package offered is about 7.3 LPA, and the highest salary package is 11 LPA. Last year, a total of 77 out of 103 students were placed. Others did not get placed, and some didn't apply for placements. Even the summer internship scenario is not motivating. Almost 70% of the students are offered internships from the college. Rest 30% of the students get their internships on their own.
Placements: The highest salary package offered is 11 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 7.2 LPA. Though the college claims that the placement rate is 100%, I am not sure about this. Companies that visited our college are mostly related to the banking sector, and the roles offered were related to sales and marketing, digital marketing, consultant, HR, and investment banks etc. The college has provided a 100% placement rate in SIP (Summer Internship Programme) for the students, but still, the stud...
Placements: The placements in our college are pretty decent. Around 50% of the batch in MBA got placed. The salary of our college is 5 Lacs. Around 50% of the students got placed in 2017 batch. Many good and reputed companies also come for placements in our university.
Placements: Every year, the only mass recruiter TCS visits our campus. The placement cell is not available on the campus. The students have the opportunity to attend the interviews conducted by some companies which visit IIT-BHU. The placements for our seniors were not good. But a few students from our senior batch were placed with a decent package from IIT-BHU.
Placements: Placements are satisfactory only in better branches such as CSE, Electronics and Mathematics and Computing. The highest package was of more than a crore and the placement percentage has greatly improved yet the quality of companies arriving for other branches such as Chemical, Mechanical and Metullargy is below expectations. Training and Placement cell is well established here and does the work seriously.
Placements: There are no placement criteria. The colleges might claim by saying that the placements are offered, but there's no way a person will be placed just after doing B.Sc, no matter what the course is. There might be some chances of getting placed if one is doing B.Sc in computer science, but the packages are very low, and it will be wise to go for PG after graduation. To get internships, one has to contact the companies out of the university.
Placements: The placement scenario for the batch of 2018 was extremely good as compared to the previous year's placement. Around 200 companies visited the campus by January 2018 for the placement. Most of them came for the software profile jobs. Around 78% of the students were placed by December 2017, and still, companies were about to come in January and February 2018. The highest placement offered in Metallurgy was of 27 LPA for software developer profile, the lowest was 5.5 LPA, and the average was about...
Placements: The placements are good here. Here, 15 out of 19/20 get placed. The maximum package is 40 lacs per annum in India. Here, training and placement cell of our department is very good. In our department, almost every student gets an internship in prestigious institutes all around India and world, and in good companies.
Placements: No placements exist for this course. It is simply an add-on course which will boost your career. The students who're quite interested in studying about the trademarks, the patents, the copyrights and also have the interest in getting an insight into the law dimension, can certainly go for this course. No placement is available at all, but the internships are offered in several good companies.
Placements: Mostly we don't have many companies which visit our college. From seniors, 18 students placed in the company and the package offered was 4.5 LPA. The role offered is management trainee in finance. The curriculum requires other latest subjects and other not so relevant subjects need to out of the curriculum. Everything else is good in the campus.
Placements: There are no placement opportunities in this college. The students prepare for getting into civil services, and other jobs like inspectors, sub-inspectors, etc. Only a few of them get placed with packages of Rs. 40,000 per month.
Placements: The placement performance of our seniors 3 years ago was very good but for our super seniors, only 2 or 3 got placed. 60% students got placed in the year 2016 and 10% in 2017. Mostly, students of 2017 are in preparation for higher education. The salary ranges between 40 to 60 thousand per month. 2 students are working as an agricultural field officer and their package is 7 lakhs.
Placements: Several fertilizer companies and some NGOs provided job offers. Most of the students preferred higher education like MSc and MBA. Some preferred banking preparations. Some were selected for the post of A.O and some went into civil services line and prepared for UPSC and SSC examinations.
Placements: The placement is good. It is very good in every aspect. The college will provide 100% placement to every individual, which is a plus point here. So this is the best platform from my point of view. The placement occurs at various banks and agricultural companies. Off-campus placements are also there.
