Ranchi Agriculture College has good campus environment.

Placements: Only 5% of students which is around 4-5 students get selected. Banks like PNB, ICICI, and HDFC come to campus. An agriculture loan officer and clerk role is offered by JNR Bank. The salary package offered is 5 LPA. Our college provides 6 months of prior training with a stipend of approximately Rs. 6,000 per month.

A very well furnished infrastructure with good faculty and well study environment.

Placements: Out of the 50 students in our course, 3-4 were placed by the university in various organizations. The top recruiting companies were Kheyti and Dhanuka. The roles offered to these students were Farm Analyst and Agronomist.

BAU glance and its functioning.

Placements: Placements are not up to the mark. Not many companies visit for campus placements. Only a few students will get placed with a very low package. The new placement cell is active but still major agricultural companies do not visit for campus drive. But an internship is compulsory for last year's students which is provided by the college itself in various companies which is unpaid or paid.

It is the best college for UG and PG courses.

Placements: It is an agricultural university in Jharkhand. There are 4 branches of agriculture, which include Ranchi, Godda, Deoghar, and Garhwa. Placements are not good in our college. If you study in Ranchi, then you may get good placement opportunities. Otherwise, if you study in Garhwa, you may have a low chance to get placements. Our college does not approach placements.

I am dissatisfied with the reduced number of faculty members and the lack of placements.

Placements: There are no placements at all. The placement cell is of no use. Companies don't come for any sort of recruitment. There was no placement from any NGO or any internship. The top role offered is veterinary doctors in the animal husbandry department. There are no placements from any kind of dairy company.

Review of Birsa Agricultural University.

Placements: Around 30% of students got placement. It depends on the students ability. After completing this course you can apply for fassi, and dietician in many private and government hospitals. You can also get a job at many companies like Nestle, Cadbury, etc.

There are many scopes in this course in different fields like in banking sector, NABARD, FCI, etc. The highest salary package offered in this course is approximately 15 LPA to 18 LPA and the average is approximately 6 LPA to 7 LPA. About 60-70% of the students got internships.

It is a good place to study in agriculture college after Ranchi Agriculture College in Jharkhand.

Placements: Campus placement is quite less as campus placement is focused on Ranchi Agriculture College under Birsa Agricultural University. The best salary package is given by companies that come to give placement. Students are invited to the university to take part in campus placement.

Dissatisfied because of placement area.

Placements: Okay, so after competing your graduation form this college, it is necessary to do M.Sc. or prepare for other competitive exams because here you are not going to be placed in any company or get some internship by this college. No placement for B.Sc. students. College needs to work on it.

Placements: Only one placement came and in that too seats were only for the reserved categories. The general candidates had to suffer as they are kept in waiting list. Last this nothing of this sort happened as our seniors are nicely placed. Other departments gets more placement opportunities than us.
