The application fee for BSc at Bhagwant University is around INR 150 for its Indian students. Candidates must pay the application fee through the SBI payment gateway using debit card/ credit card/ net banking. Once the fee is paid applicants can conclude the application process by downloading the filled application. 

The overall fee for BSc at Bhagwant University ranges from INR 75,000- INR 4.5 lakh. The BSc fee varies throughout the specialisations candidates want to apply in. Applicants must pay the course fee at the final stage of the admission procedure confirming their admission. The BSc fees include multiple fee components such as caution deposit, incidental expenses, and alumni membership. This fee amount is as per the official website/sanctioning body. Bhagwant University (BUA Ajmer) admission is both merit and entrance-based. Before applying to the BUA, candidates must ensure that they are meeting the eligibility set by the university. For UG admission, candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board in the relevant specialisation. Programmes such as BPharma, BTech, MBA and PhD requires to appear for the entrance exam.

Other scholarships may be available for students excelling in extracurricular activities or demonstrating exceptional leadership skills. There is 100% education fees scholarship and you can also get a scholarship fulfilled by the government.

Bhagwant University accepts various regional and national scholarships. The university doesn't have in-house scholarships. However, they do offer several government-based scholarships under four categories, including post-matric scholarships, merit-cum-means scholarships, regional scholarships, and PhD scholarships. Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2025 registration will commence in the first week of February 2025. NTA will release the CUET 2025 notification. Soon after the release of the notification, the CUET registration 2025 process will commence online at cuetug-ac.ntaonline.in. Candidates willing to appear for the CUET 2025 exam must ensure that they fill out the application form online. CUET 2025 registration will end in the first week of April 2025. Further to the last date, candidates will not be able to fill out the CUET application form. No request for extension of CUET registration until the last date will be entertained.

Before filling out the application form, candidates must ensure they fulfil the prescribed CUET eligibility criteria to qualify for the entrance exam. 

To be eligible for Bhagwant University's BTech evening batch, a candidate need to pass a three-year Diploma course after Class 10 from a recognised institute/ university along with two-years of professional experience.
