BUMAT 2025 Counselling: Dates, Registration Process, Seat Allotment Result

BUMAT results 2025 will be announced on June 20, 2025. Candidates who will appear for the BUMAT exam can download their scorecard online when released. The BUMAT scorecard 2025 is released at bvuniversity.edu.in. BUMAT exam 2025 will be held on June 15, 2024. On release of the BUMAT 2025 results, candidates will be able to check the following details on the scorecard:

• Name of the candidate 
• Candidate’s roll number 
• BUMAT 2025 total score 
• Result announcement date 

Qualified candidates will be able to appear for the BUMAT counselling process when conducted. Candidates will not be issued the physical copy of the BUMAT 2025 results. Candidates must esnure to download the scorecard online.

Soon after the declaration of BUMAT results, candidates will have to appear for the counselling process. If the candidate has obtained well in BUMAT exam and have met the eligibility criteria, he/she will be called for the counselling process by various institutions accpeting BUMAT scores. Candidates will have to fill the application form for the institute they are interested in. Candidates will be required to submit the relevant documents to appear for the counselling process. Based on the BUMAT scores and cutoff trends candidates can apply for the courses offered through BUMAT socres. After completing the necessary procedure, merit list is declared. Candidates who are shortlisted will have to confirm their acceptance on receiving the acceptance letter. 

To appear for the BUMAT counselling process, candidates must keep the following documents ready:

• Letter of counselling
• Proof of date of birth
• School Leaving Certificate
• Class X mark sheet
• Class XII mark sheet
• Graduation mark sheet
• Transfer Certificate
• Migration Certificate
• Anti-ragging undertaking
• Gap certificate ( if applicable)
• Character certificate
• Certificate of Medical Fitness
• Caste Certificate ( if applicable)
• An affidavit (available in the brochure) signed by the candidate and countersigned by the parent/guardian
• Six recent passport-size photos with the candidate’s name written on the backside
• Admission fee

BUMAT scores are accepted by the following colleges:

• Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship Development, Pune
• Abhijit Kadam Institute of Management and Social Sciences, Solapur
• Institute of Management & Research, New Delhi
• Institute of Management and Rural Development, Administration, Sangli
• Yashwantrao Mohite Institute of Management, Karad
• Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management, Kolhapur

Candidates obtaining valid score in BUMAT exam will be eligible to appear for the counselling process. During the BUMAT counselling, on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidate, college is alloted. 

BUMAT 2024 counselling will be conducted from July 01 to July 04, 2024. The candidate will be offered admission on the basis of his/her rank in the final merit list, score obtained in BUMAT exam and availability of the seats for a particular programme at a particular Institute of the candidate's choice at the time of BUMAT counselling and admission in the desired programme and Institute. Mere appearance in the computer center based entrance test and inclusion of name in BUMAT merit list does not confer any automatic rights to secure admission to the programme offered by the institute. The selection and admission to the programme is subject to fulfilling the BUMAT eligibility criteria. Candidates failing to meet the prescribed BUMAT eligbility criteria will be disqualied.  

BVDU releases the BUMAT counselling dates on the official website. Candidates must report at the centre on the given date and time for the BUMAT counselling. Failure to report for BUMAT 2025 counselling process on the scheduled date and time will result in the instantaneous cancellation of a claim of the candidate to the seat. The candidate must note that appearance for the examination and inclusion of name in the merit list does not necessarily mean that he/she will get admission to the institute and course. The admission will depend upon the availability of seats to the particular programme and institute at the time of his counselling. It shall be candidates responsibility to see the result BUMAT 2025 and confirm their merit number. The candidate should remain present for counselling as per the schedule.

Candidates seeking admission to BCA/BBA programme of BVDU must have appeared for the BUMAT exam. The entrance examination is conducted to assess candidate on areas like- Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning/Logical Aptitude, Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension. On the basis of the merit number obtained by the candidate, colleges are alloted during the counselling process. Check the table below to know the number of seats available at BVDU campuses

The selected candidates will be required to pay the entire amount of tuition fees & other fees during the admission process through online mode through the fees portal of Bharatividyapeeth or by a Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank or Bharati Sahakari Bank Ltd. payable at respective city of the institute drawn in the name of concerned Director:

• "Director BVIMR New Delhi" payable at New Delhi
• "Director BVDU Institute of Management Kolhapur" payable at Kolhapur
• "Director BV Undergraduate Courses" payable at Sangli
• "BVDU YMIM Karad" payable at Karad
• "Director Abhijit Kadam Institute of Management and Social Sciences" payable at Solhapur
• "BVDU Department of Management Studies (Off Campus) Navi Mumbai" payable at Navi Mumbai

In case the candidate fails to remit the entire amount of fees, he/she is likely to lose his/her claim for admission.If a candidate fails to confirm admission given to him/her, the same shall stand cancelled and the resultant vacancy will be offered to the next eligible candidate from the list. However, if candidate is unable to report in person, he /she can depute a representative with an authority letter signed by the candidate along with the requisite documents.

Candidates appearing for BUMAT 2025 counelling must ensure to follow the below prescribed guidelines:

• Report at the given centre by 10 AM. Failure to report for counselling on the given date and time will result in cancellation of a claim of the candidate to the seat
• Inclusion of the name in the merit list does not imply that the candidates will get the admission to the course/institute. The admission will be dependable on the number of seats
• No individual counselling letters will be sent
• Admission will be offered based on the seats offered in the institute and course as per the combined merit list prepared. 
• Carry all the required BUMAT 2025 counselling documents
• After scrutiny of their certificates, the candidates are offered admission according to their rank and availability of seats
