- Creating a new user profile by filling out the UGAT registration form with details such as name, date of birth, gender, email ID and phone number, etc.

- Uploading the required documents in the prescribed format.

If the documents are not in accordance with the prescribed format then the application form can be rejected. How to Obtain UGAT Application Form Offline?

Yes, the UGAT application fee can be paid online as well as offline. Paying the application fee is important to complete the UGAT application process. Candidates who opt to pay the application fee online can do so through a credit card, debit card, banking wallets or internet banking.

- Candidate must have secured at least 50% aggregate at Class 12 level
- There is no age bar. Candidates of any age can appear for the exam.
- Applicants in Class 12 or awaiting the results are also eligible to apply provisionally. This means that they would be requireed to present their Class 12 marksheet, school leaving certificate, transfer certificate, etc. at the time of admission. If the candidate fails to submit the required documents, then, their candidature will be cancelled.
Q: Can I fill the UGAT application form if its date is gone?
No, you cannot fill the UGAT form if the deadline has passed. The application process for UGAT is usually time-bound, and the deadline for submitting the application form is strictly enforced. Once the deadline has passed, the application portal is usually closed, and no further applications are accepted. If you have missed the deadline for submitting the UGAT application form, you may have to wait until the next application cycle to apply for the exam.
