Placements: As this was our bachelor's degree, we have to complete our M.Sc to get placements. Our classmates got admission in IITs, state universities and central universities. Few students also got jobs in many private companies. I don't know much about placements, but it was usual to see a flex with information about placements.
Placements: DAV does not offer 100% placements, but many reputed companies visit the campus for placements and summer internships. Companies like Hero Cycles, Reliance Jio, and Samsung visited the campus for recruitment. The starting salary package offered by the companies was not high, but it increases as per the performance of the worker. A placement cell was available on the campus which was helpful to students for their placements.
Placements: Placements for our batch were about 70% whereas our senior batch recorded a placement rate of 100% considering all the eligible students. We usually had companies visiting the university for sales profiles. If anybody is unable to secure an internship by themselves, then the university provides them with an internship opportunity in some company.
Placements: The university offered no placements for students of B.Sc. in biotechnology. But, there were some placements for other streams, especially business management and engineering. The university has below average placement rate. There were no placements for the senior batches of biotechnology too.
Placements: I got placed in Softrix company in Chandigarh for software testing. I also went for off-campus placement drive conducted by Vallabh Textile, and I cracked the interview round. I was selected in SAP department as a trainee, and they provided training. They said that the salary would be decided after 6 months based on my performance.
Placements: Placements are not provided by the university for B.Sc students. But placements for MBA are decent enough with packages offered up to 8 lacs per annum. B.Tech students also have placements with the average salary of 4 lacs per annum. Companies like Intel, Wipro visited the campus for placements.
Placements: Yes the placement here is really awesome l like the campus placement here because all the big companies from it industry and computer industry come for placement there is 100% of Placement in this University so all students after graduation have the job in their hands companies from all over the state country and foreign country come here to hire you.
Placements: Placements offered by DAV in last 2 sessions were really good. Airtel, Byju's, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, Decathlon, JK Tyres, Ceasefire, IGT, Reliance, Karvy Stockbroking, Tommy Hilfiger, ITC, Jaro Education, Just Dial were the top companies that visited, and the salary offered was in a range of Rs. 4-9 LPA. During summer internships, everyone got internships at the college itself, and the students earned more than Rs. 20,000 also. Most of the internships were stipend based. The placement cell is gr...
Placements: Our senior batches got placements in some reputed companies. If I talk about the placement percentage, 70% of the seniors got campus recruitment, the rest 20% applied for jobs and the remaining 10% were still in search of job. The highest package was of about 7 lacs and the lowest was of 2.5 lacs. Companies like Axis Bank, Decathlon, Cipla, Fortis etc. Visit our University.
Placements: Placement in this university is good. In previous years many reputed companies like Aircel, Cipla, Coca Cola, Airtel, Wipro, etc. In last months students our management and eng. Department got placed in reputed companiesThe maximum package was 7 LPA, and the average package is 3 LPA. Other is also a placement cell.
Placements: Basically after completing B.Sc. . in health and physical education there is no placements for the students. For placements, one has to do B.Ed and after B.Ed DAV University provides the placements but not after B.Sc.. in health and physical education. The course gives the students great knowledge.
Placements: Well, what can I say about the placements. During our last semester, few companies (not all renowned) visited our university for the drive but unfortunately they all were IT based companies mostly but core companies didn't visited our campus. So wraping it up, we (Civil and Mechanical branch) didn't get any job from the University and I have to get job on my own.
Placements: I am currently doing CFA since there were no placements at that time when I had completed my graduation, and it is true that no company would hire a fresher and that too a graduate, so you must need to enhance your skills and professional degree then only you can survive in the corporate world.
Placements: Placement Status Is Good, The prestigious name of DAV attracts itself many good companies, since it has been very few years the University has started it will take time but overall placement results uptill now is good. Students of Masters got placement in many good companies also University got very good results in MBA placements. University also provides opportunities from corporate world and learn from them.
Placements: Good placement opportunities. I am one of the campus placed students. No fake placements for advisement. Not a 100% placement college but if you are good above average you can get placed. I am placed after sitting in 10+ placements drives, opportunities are present in this University. 3lakhs/annual is the minimum placed amount for a student. It is a good University with bad management.
Placements: There are no 100% placements among different courses, as the university was established only 5 years ago, but they assured that 75% of placements are available for the B.Tech students. However, approximately 250 companies visit here every year in search of talented and deserving students.
Placements: The placements are good. The companies coming to campus are also good. The companies like Wipro, ICICI, IDBI Bank, Deloitte, Hindustan Unilever, Oyo visit the college. The placement team take full responsibility of students to get placed and are doing a very good job. The rules and regulations are strict.
Placements: The placement faculty are quite helpful, and the way they give us knowledge regarding interviews and personality development are mesmerising. I personally got selected in Amazon and Vivo India Ltd. A lot of IT companies come and select the students in bulk. The teachers work on their core building process for further industrial exposure and experience. Hobbies wise groups are divided like robotic and infrastructure development to grow them as per their interest, which was quite helpful for the s...
Placements: The bachelor's in biotechnology have lesser placement scopes in India and all over the nation, because of the subject's more demanding the input for research. The placements are obvious after certain extra laboratory certificates post-graduation. The university is newly constructed. Only single batch has passed by. The placement took place in Ranbaxy, the leading pharma company with a package of about Rs. 5,00,000 per annum. The university has a placement cell which is much guiding and helpful. ...
Placements: Around 150 students got placed from all branches, or we can say university last session. Mostly MBA girls are preferred by Axis Bank. The maximum package was 7 LPA, and the average package is 3 LPA. Airtel, Axis, Wipro are the companies which visited the college. Some other students go to other colleges for interview purpose. You must need communication skill here to get jobs. There is no internship procedure. Th students had to go and find their internship at summer vacation, or they do trainin...
