Beautiful and stunning campus .

Placements: Generally language courses get placement and rest the placement rates are really low. Almost negligible placement for stem courses. The average package is 6 lpa for Chinese and Japanese courses. I see a lot of companies coming in for recruitment. Generally placement takes place in mncs for the position of translator.

I am satisfied with this college. It is a great university with a great environment.

Placements: I am not a pass-out student, but I have seen my seniors who did well in their courses and got great jobs. Students who do well get placement easily. Many companies visit our university to hire students. Companies like Amazon also visit our university for placement drives.

The university is the most value for money, but not good for BBA courses.

Placements: In this university, very few companies visit to hire students. The average salary package is 4 LPA. The roles are as the sales team. The top recruiting companies of our course are HDFC, LTD. LBF Travels, etc.

All things about this college are perfect.

Placements: The placement cell of the department is nice and good. More than 50% of students were successfully placed in different companies. The top recruiting company for this course is Amazon. The department also gives small tasks to students such as campaigns, etc., so that students try to gain experience and also earn money.

Review of Doon University.

Placements: Few companies visit our college for placements. Companies that visit our college offer very low salary packages compared to the college's reputation. There are few opportunities to get good salary packages from here. If you choose this college for admission, you will have to decide to opt either for off-campus job placements or basic salary placements.

Review of Doon University.

Placements: Our college provides moderate placements for our course. Many big companies from the corporate sector and government sector recruit students of MBA from our campus. The highest package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 2 LPA. 70% of students got internships in good government companies. Some of them are ONGC, BHEL, Reliance etc.

Review of Doon University.

Placements: Placements in our college are not so good as the college mentioned. Very few companies visit the campus for recruitment with low salary packages. For good roles in jobs, you have to opt for off-campus placements. Our college provides internships in good institutions like BHEL, ONGC, etc., but you should have a good knowledge of internships in these institutions.

Totally satisfied with faculty but poor placement.

Placements: I would say that placement is average not so good in Doon University. Only few students of my batch were placed in different organizations. College offers some internship and training projects for students but their placement is not good.

JNU alumnus brings out the best in students in a clear comprehensible manner.

Placements: All my batchmates got placed. The highest- 5.12 Lacs (Amazon), average- 4.86 Lacs and the lowest- 4.8 Lacs (Amity University). None of us got an internship as Language Honours is a regular course and do not require internship experience to start working in any industry. However many internships, esp foreign are offered, which one can apply on one's own through various scholarships for a native experience of a foreign language. Roles offered are Language expert in MNC's, translators, interpreters...

Absolutely satisfied because of the infrastructure, faculty and facilities. Placements are fine.

Placements: The college offers good placement opportunity. The teachers and placement cell are extremely helpful when it comes to helping the students with the internships. The placement opportunities are also good. Pre placement counselling and seminars are also conducted. Every student gets to avail the internship and almost 80% students are placed in each academic year.

This college is good for graduation and Masters both.

Placements: The placements take place and some good companies come here for recruitment. This college provide some good courses related to the languages from outside India. Above 8 point scorers get gold medal and become topper of that particular course. All the scholars get their degrees on convocation day by our state education minister.

Doon University offers many opportunities.

Placements: More companies should visit our college for placements. At present, Amazon and some other companies do visit for placements. Recently, Amazon visited but was not satisfied with the placement drive. I hope in future some more companies come up for placements. We need briefings on how to perform in an interview and also CV making classes.

Satisfied with the infrastructure and faculty, but dissatisfied with its utilisation.

Placements: Placements for our seniors were poor, but they managed to get jobs on their own. The highest average salary offered was Rs. 4,00,000 per annum. Companies such as JW Marriott and Posterity visited the college for placements. The internship percentage was 100% as all the students got internships in their required fields. The maximum stipend offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. There is a placement cell in the college, but it is inefficient.

Great campus with great opportunities. I have never faced any problem. Proud to be part of it.

Placements: Companies like Amazon, Infosys, SAGE, Policy Bazaar, Max NewYork and many other companies visited the campus for placements. They recruited many students. The packages provided vary between Rs.10,000 to 10 Lakhs. We have a placement cell which help the students to be the part of the well-known organisations. It has always been supportive for average as well as merit students. Many students are making the University proud by being a manager, by being a language teacher in abroad schools and univ...

Excellent university for language courses.

Placements: The placement structure is good compared to any other state government university. This university also focuses on the preferences of students. Doon university also provides various facilities so that the students can also search placements by themselves.

Placements: Multinational companies like Amazon, Orical and LBF come for campus recruitment, especially for students studying language courses. They offer an average annual package of 5-6 lacs per annum with extra benefits. Around 80% of the students get placed during their last semester.

Doon University is the best for language course.

Placements: The university offered us a very good course in the language. It is very important to learn other languages and to know other cultures. The placements in Doon University are very good. Every year, jobs are provided to 100 students who are taking the language course. BBA and MBA have many jobs.

Doon university - feel the best amongst the rest!

Placements: The placements are going good so far. The placement cell has started and already few students are placed in companies with good reputation. More than 50% students are placed in companies like sage, karsuns, amazon, o3hire with minimum package of 3.5lakhs to 6 Lacs. The highest package went for 8 Lacs. The average package is around 3-4 Lacs and the least package is 2-3 Lacs. There are better opportunities for the marketing and human resources students.

Good university but not a very good investment in terms of returns, i.e. placements.

Placements: The placements have low competition in other departments other than the School of Languages. There are very few placements for any other School's. There should be good placement opportunities provided for the students. Our seniors of BBA rarely got placements. We do have a placement cell, but it is not worth it.
