Great college experience.

Placements: Most of the students at FLAME either move abroad or choose to pursue higher education after graduation. However, for the students who choose otherwise, and like to get placed, there is a designated career and placement cell for the same. One can choose both college placements and external sources, and in both ways the cell is extremely useful and approachable.

Amazing infrastructure and course design.

Placements: The FLAME placement cell acts as a bridge between the students and different companies which approach FLAME for freshers. The placements are good for those pursuing an MBA. However, it varies across majors when it comes to an Undergraduate degree. Undergraduate majors who get the best placement offers are, Design, Applied Math, Digital Marketing and Business Analytics.

A university that helps you grow and evolve.

Placements: Placements at Flame generally tend to be very good since they give students a variety of options to look into. For instance, in 2022, around 80 companies participated in the campus placements system, offering an average salary package of 7.3 LPA. In terms of internships, students compulsorily take part in interning at organisations during the summers of their first and second years. The top recruiters in campus placements include BYJU'S, Axis Bank and TCS.

Infra, fests- great; academics, placements- not. Wouldn't recommend for economics programs.

Placements: Flame University does not have placements in the traditional sense, where companies come to campus and interview students. However, there is a placement committee that finds certain job opportunities that may be relevant and sends students emails regarding the same, after which students can contact them personally. However, if students search for a job by themselves alongside taking the placement committee's assistance and if the student finds a better job themselves and a worse one through Flam...

Liberal Arts, holistic Approach towards Development.

Placements: Flame, being a liberal arts college, focuses on holistic as well as skill development. It grooms you to start your venture in the trying business world. That being said, considering the fee and placements, ROI is abysmal. Although, growth prospects are high in the near mid future.

The virtual life is exciting in this college.

Placements: Our college has good companies for internships such as Reliance, Aditya Birla Group, Outlook Group, Jio Creative Labs, and others. The placement cell also arranged webinars to guide students on how to be the best version of themselves during the whole internship process. Even though it's online, the placement committee took every little effort to help the students.

Despite learning in online mode, life at Flame is exciting.

Placements: Great companies provided work positions and internships through campus placements, despite the pandemic. Top-tier organisations visited here, and every student is offered holistic training to prepare them for the corporate world. I have learned various new skills and presentation methods, which have aided my professional development and prepared me to understand future work life better. Few companies such as Wipro and BirlaSoft employed final year students in the placement phase this academic ye...

I am just satisfied with my entire experience, but it is not the best place for top-notch academics.

Placements: About 2%-3% of the students from our course got placed, including me. Our college offered almost every student with an internship, and about 70% of the students got internships. There is a vast range of courses, but not all courses are given equal importance and are not in-depth. Overall, our college is average.

There is a world-class library. The college with great faculty and average placements.

Placements: The placements of the college are good, and the companies which visited the college also offered decent packages for freshers. There is a great library present in the college, and the books that are available in the college are very helpful. The college also has a student exchange programme as it is associated with many foreign universities.
