Not satisfied with the behavior of the guards.

Placements: Around 50 percent got the placement. The maximum package is 51 lakhs, while the minimum is 2 lakhs. Infosys, Microsoft, and Wipro are the recruiting companies. 90 percent of students get internships. Top roles like SDE in Tech Mahindra and software engineer in Microsoft are offered.

College is good; all facilities are helpful, and infrastructure is the best.

Placements: There are 50% of students placed. The highest package is 51 lakh, and the lowest is 5 to 6 lakh. Only 40% of students have secured internships. There are lots of good companies, such as Bajaj Electricals Ltd, Wipro, Samsung, HBM Power System, Crompton, Bharat Heavy Electricals, and Siemens.

The infrastructure of our college is very good.

Placements: Approx 25% of on-campus placements are here at Gautam Buddha University. The highest package I have heard of here is 51 LPA, which was gained by an IT student at Microsoft, and there is also an average package of 10 to 20 LPA, so this is good.

My college experience

Placements: According to college brochure last year 70% of the students got placed and the top recruiting companies were Wipro , TCS , GROWW etc. The highest on campus placement was 20LPA that was offered by GRWW and off campus highest placement was 51LPA in Microsoft . Average package was 5LPA and the lowest was 3LPA.

Zero college life no fun

Placements: I don't know much about the placement but according to college's brochure Gautam Buddha University provide 70% placement (but personally i don't think so that our university provide 70% on campus placement}. Last year highest placement was 51 LPA but it was off campus in Microsoft , on campus highest placement was 20 LPA in GROWW and average placement was 7 LPA , lowest placement was 4LPA . Top recruiting companies were TCS, WIPRO, GROWW.

The college is really good.

Placements: Around 75% of students got placed in my course. The highest salary package was 51 lakhs for an off-campus placement and 21 lakhs for an on-campus placement. The top recruiting companies were Axis Bank and Tekion India Private Limited. Around 85% of students got internships in companies like Wipro and Infosys.

Like our college is the best in campus-wise aspects; everything is great, but the crowd is not.

Placements: Like placement in our college is average; you can get an average package of 4-9 LPA. But for higher packages like 50 LPA to 3 crores, you have to choose alternative options. Mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro come to this college, but Accenture is blacklisted. The highest package this year is 55 LPA from Microsoft.

Placements: Minimum 60% of students get placed every year. The highest package of the college is 51 LPA, while the average package is 7 LPA in B.Tech Computer Science. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Amazon, Paytm, Infosys, and many more. The top roles available are Software Developer and Data Analyst.

English Hons. at Gautam Buddha University

Placements: To be honest, this university does not provide any kind of internships nor placements. This university has really bad placements. You really have to find the internship yourself through your sources. So there is no point in taking admission here if you are looking forward to better placement after your course.

Review of Gautam Buddha University.

Placements: The placements are average. There are not a lot of placements. With every passing year, they are getting better but still, there's a long way to go. The university is developing more and more every year and in the upcoming few years, it will have some amazing placements.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2015 and good infrastructure.

Placements: 50% of students were placed in my college. The highest package is approximately 40-50 LPA and the average package is 6.5 LPA. They had shown a good number of placement records on their website but the on-campus placements are not that good. The off-campus placements were really good as we touched 51 Lakhs as the highest off-campus placement. The average package offered on campus is 3-4 Lakhs.

Good college campus ,student life but college placements are disappointing. Faculties are amazing .

Placements: Placement is only for master's students, not bachelor's students. We heard that our master's students got placements, and if you ask any faculty, they will tell you they are working on it. There are no internships and no placements, so work hard and get yourself an internship during the semester break.

The true side of Gautam Buddha University.

Placements: There is a very low placement rate. In my course, hardly any people get placements. And those who get placements are also not offered the average amount of money. The placement cell is there, but still, very few companies come for placement. Sometimes some people get good placements, but not all.

College is the best infrastructure wise.

Placements: My batch contains the strength of 56 students, and all are great-minded; the majority of them have an 8+ CGPA. This university has great exposure to computer-related courses and provides opportunities in different fields.

The reality of Gautam Buddha University.

Placements: In my college, the number of students getting placed through on-campus placement is very low, as a very low variety of companies visit the college and rarely offer a good package. The highest package in my course was 7 LPA, which was offered to only two of the students from many others; the minimum is just 1.5–3 LPA; this also depends; not even 40% of the students get offers to get placement. The college takes no initiative in providing a helping hand for scoring internships. If we talk about th...

Good college to study biotechnology.

Placements: A three-year course with one-year research is affordable but does not provide placements. This college has good labs in the biotechnology department with a cooperative lab assistant. Fair examinations are taken and helpful in building experience from lab work.

Do not be fooled by looks.

Placements: The Department of European Literature and Modern Languages is quite a good programme to pursue; the teachers and colleagues are supportive and approachable, but the coordination among the department, university, and students is not appreciable because we don't get information on time. Except for this, other areas like placement and extracurricular activities are quite good.

The best college life you could get.

Placements: As of now, I am in my 4th year, so I didn't get the opportunity to participate in the placement process. Therefore, I have no personal experience in the same; however, I have heard from seniors that placement is well organised and brings ample opportunities for students to secure positions in reputable companies.

GBU is rich in infrastructure & campus, and our VC is such a humble & good person.

Placements: Placement is something I cannot comment on that is also partially based on students ability & knowledge. I think faculty is decent & other Ph.D. teachers are supportive throughout the classes. I'm in my 3rd year of college (probably last year), so I don't know much about top companies. Maybe Masters students get these benefits of placements (average package is mentioned on the website, which is better in this year), as I've seen no placement in a bachelor's degree at all, but I would request tha...

GBU: Yes or No for B.Com. (hons)

Placements: The placements are not that good because commerce students are generally asked to be seated in BBA's placement drives. Companies small or big, it's the student's talent and skills that give him/her the job, but there were no such opportunities to enhance such skills, for example, good internships, regular field trips, or interactive activities held in the university to learn and understand the practical application of the theoretical learning done in the lectures.
