Good for UG courses not for PG.

Placements: Out of 60 students, only 11 were placed, and that too, they took off-campus placements. Two students got placed with 3 to 5 LPA. Jobs offered were in the sales domain only, with no job security. There were no internship opportunities provided from the campus; students took internships off-campus only.

My college experience

Placements: According to college brochure last year 70% of the students got placed and the top recruiting companies were Wipro , TCS , GROWW etc. The highest on campus placement was 20LPA that was offered by GRWW and off campus highest placement was 51LPA in Microsoft . Average package was 5LPA and the lowest was 3LPA.

Zero college life no fun

Placements: I don't know much about the placement but according to college's brochure Gautam Buddha University provide 70% placement (but personally i don't think so that our university provide 70% on campus placement}. Last year highest placement was 51 LPA but it was off campus in Microsoft , on campus highest placement was 20 LPA in GROWW and average placement was 7 LPA , lowest placement was 4LPA . Top recruiting companies were TCS, WIPRO, GROWW.

Good college campus ,student life but college placements are disappointing. Faculties are amazing .

Placements: Placement is only for master's students, not bachelor's students. We heard that our master's students got placements, and if you ask any faculty, they will tell you they are working on it. There are no internships and no placements, so work hard and get yourself an internship during the semester break.

The true side of Gautam Buddha University.

Placements: There is a very low placement rate. In my course, hardly any people get placements. And those who get placements are also not offered the average amount of money. The placement cell is there, but still, very few companies come for placement. Sometimes some people get good placements, but not all.

Do not be fooled by looks.

Placements: The Department of European Literature and Modern Languages is quite a good programme to pursue; the teachers and colleagues are supportive and approachable, but the coordination among the department, university, and students is not appreciable because we don't get information on time. Except for this, other areas like placement and extracurricular activities are quite good.

GBU: Yes or No for B.Com. (hons)

Placements: The placements are not that good because commerce students are generally asked to be seated in BBA's placement drives. Companies small or big, it's the student's talent and skills that give him/her the job, but there were no such opportunities to enhance such skills, for example, good internships, regular field trips, or interactive activities held in the university to learn and understand the practical application of the theoretical learning done in the lectures.

A decent college. Make a decision for this college after rejection from other colleges.

Placements: Fewer students are placed; it's below average. I don't think many top recruiting companies are there. Placements are bad here; you can only get a graduation degree from this state university. You can't expect more from this college. Just get a degree and go for post-graduation.

Management is poor, but infrastructure is pretty good.

Placements: My course placement is really poor, and their main priority is science students. As for internships, students have to search for them on there own. There are several companies that approached the university, mostly IT companies, but there are platforms like StudyLance too.

The campus is good for sitting quietly.

Placements: In our course, only 20-30% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 50 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 20 LPA and the average salary package offered is 30 LPA. Almost 30% of students get internships.

Review of Gautam Buddha University.

Placements: There are no placements in our course. Almost 20% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 6.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Very few students get internships in our course. Many students are offered roles in marketing companies. The top role offered is a manager.

I am not satisfied with the faculty members, and every department needs proper maintenance.

Placements: Almost 70-80% of students got placed in the 2022 batch. The highest package offered is 12 LPA on campus, and the lowest package is offered by mass recruiting companies like TCS, which is 3-3.5 LPA. Most of the students in my course got internships on their own. A single startup remote state was here which took 8-10 students only.

Our college is not a good institute for growth and development.

Placements: The lowest salary package is 3 LPA, the average salary package is 4.20 LPA, and the highest salary package is 9 LPA. BSE, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Morningstar, Motilal Oswal, Asit Mehta, AnandRathi, Nomura, ICCL, BNP Paribas, ICICI Securities, SBI Cap, and Standard Chartered are the companies offering placements. Our course offers unpaid internships in the first year.

GBU in a nutshell with 2 years of experience.

Placements: In my course, there is not much scope for the placements, but for technical departments, companies do hire students through placements. I've seen a few students with some good salary packages. I cannot say about the highest salary package but the lowest salary package one got was around 4 LPA, which would double once they pass out.

It is a good college if you are looking for good campus life but not for placements.

Placements: Placements are not up to the mark. If one wants good placements, then he or she has to go for offline campus placements and courses like CS and ECE have placements. Only mechanical or civil biotechnology have very low placements. The same applies to internships too. If you want, then you have to look for it. College isn't going to provide you with that.

It is a place where dreams come true.

Placements: There are 52 students in our course. The lowest salary package offered in our course is 5 LPA. The highest salary package offered is above 10 LPA. About 60% of students from our course got an internship in companies like Paytm, Oppo, Berger, etc. We are very satisfied with the college. It is a beautiful campus with a very friendly crowd.

If you're hoping for a college with good placement drives this college is really out of league!

Placements: There is basically no placement here. Students have to arrange for themselves looking for jobs. There are few placement for students from management background but for technical background it's just useless. I have my friends from technical background none of them got any opportunity from college.

Not satisfied with the college only because of the covid-19 situation.

Placements: The placement was too bad this year because of the covid-19 situation. Only about 1 or 2 students got the job in the placement. The highest package was 2.2L and the lowest was 1.8L. Some banks came for the placement. None of the student were selected for the internship programme.

Not satisfied with the placement.

Placements: Placement was not that good. Students who scored more then 60% got a good placement from college. The highest package offered was 2.5 LPA and the lowest was 2 LPA. Kotak Mahindra bank came for the recruitment in my course. Sales executive in bank was offered by the recruiters.

A great place for fun, and you can have the best campus life.

Placements: About 5% of students got placed. Companies don't visit usually. The highest package never crossed 5 LPA. Some MNCs and mass recruiters come here once in 3 years. There are no internships. Students have worked in the field of data entry.
