The college is situated in Gunupur, Odisha. It is perfect for a student who wants to read.

Placements: The placements are not up to the mark as shown in their charts. They assured us that 3 to 4 companies are in a tie with them, and they will be sending 2 to 3 students in each of the company, but by the end of my session or 8th semester, only one core company visited for recruitment that too with low salary margin.

Satisfied with the college, good faculty, good infrastructure and good food.

Placements: The placement percentage record of our college is more than 90 percent. Almost everyone who qualifies has the minimum requirement of the company and has decent communication skills. My brother also studied from the same institution and got placed in a well-reputed company (Infosys). Every year the placement records are good, and no case of fake placements came so far from this college. Personally, I am also pretty much confident of getting placed from this college. The PPT training which the stu...

The review of Gandhi Institute of Engineering & Technology.

Placements: It has a good placement cell. It provides a good placement, but MNCs are very few. The companies are startups. TCS, Tech Mahindra and MindTree are only a few big companies that visit for CSE, ECE and rest are small startups. I would rate 7/10 for the placements, but the college provides good knowledge of how to attend placements.

Do not join here if you have any other offers.

Placements: The placements are below average on the campus. Most of the companies will be paying a salary around Rs. 8,000-10,000 per month. Majority of the companies are IT-based. The highest salary package offered was 3.26 LPA by Tech Mahindra, and joining date takes almost a year. 2017 batch joining was in May 2018 and that too after going through an LFH training and test.

Students can get the best results for low fee.

Placements: The I2I centre for excellence affectionately called the I2I cell was developed with an eye enabling us to see the industry. It turns out industry ready students with the right blend of academic and personal skills or providing a conduit for placement of students at the end of their sojourn at the institute or for providing an interface for the ex-students willing to suggest ways for adapting curriculum or the emphasis to the ever-changing requirements of the industry.

This is the best private college in Odisha.

Placements: Placement is very good in the campus, around 90% + placement every year. All the students got good job and placed in well-reputed company. Discipline is very important in the college. College is very strict about it. All the students are placed with a handsome salary.

An ideal place to learn and become a successful engineer.

Placements: The college provides quality placements with a good track record and no back logs. In order to get placed in a good company with a standard salary package the only basic requirement is to have no back logs at the end of the 8th semester. No back logs means recruitment in a prestigious company.

Good MBA institute and decent ROI.

Placements: The placement cell provides assistance to the students for getting the internship and final placement. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA, while the highest salary package offered was 12 LPA. The majority of the students are from a marketing background, and they easily find sales profile jobs.

The environment of college is good to study.

Placements: The I2I Centre of Excellence affectionately called the I2I cell (Industry to Institution) was developed with an eye to enabling us to see eye to eye with the industry at all times. Placement here solely depends upon the attitude and performance of the students.

Dissatisfied with the campus surrounding.

Placements: Our college have a placement cell. The placement cell offers at-least of 60-70% of student being paced every year. My Senior batch student also got 60-70% placement previous year. Many reputed companies visit every year and our college always try to establish a new connection with most of the companies to offer more opportunities. Around 50k is the highest known salary offered. Almost of 90-95% student got internship training every year. The internship offered is also in some of the reputed comp...

The best college from my opinion.

Placements: 95% to 98% of the placement is guaranteed. This year 97% of the students got placed in different companies. From the 3rd year (6th semester) the training programmes go on. The i2i centre for excellence affectionately called the i2i cell (industry to institution) was developed with an eye to enabling us to see eye to eye the industry at all times.

They failed to screen out the real jewel of their students, but can make someone's career better.

Placements: The placements are superb. You may not be recruited in your related field, but the placement is for sure. The training and placement team has to develop a little more. They don't try to improve the students who are really in need to grow in aptitude. They also take your one-month salary for the job you cracked.

Satisfied because of faculty, good placement and awesome infrastructure.

Placements: The placements were very good. Most of the students were placed through campus drives. Others who could not make it in campus drives were given chances for off campus drives of various companies at different locations. Our senior batch had also a good placement, but not as much as our batch.

Absolutely amazing in the field of curricular activities. Good placement in 2017, less in 2018.

Placements: The placements are moderate level. There is a lack of core placements. IT sector companies are preferring the college more than the core. I am graduated by this year and took no job for the sake of higher studies. Otherwise, it's a perfect place for job seekers. I've no ideas about the internships that are provided by colleges, but it is worth the money. Students especially seniors are friendly like our elders.

GIET gunupur is good but the main need which is campus placement is the worst.

Placements: The worst placement. College have just called fake and companies like BPO's (aegis india pvt ltd, information analytical pvt ltd), Pompeii fresh, wipro technologies, Qualitas global visited. And also there are companies like Rotodyne Group Of Industries, Prime Focus Technologies, Artech information systems, Prototech Solutions, etc. who were called for campus placement but only to maintain the list of called companies. They also called like TCS, Nahars india pvt ltd, jindal india ltd (candidates...

Best college of Odisha, and have all facilities like library, sports and games, swimming pool, labs.

Placements: The placements are good at our time. During our seniors batch, a large number of students got placed. In our time, 80-85 percent got placed in reputed company like TCS, Mindtree and Tech Mahindra. There were some start-up companies. I am happy with my college placements. There are some skill development classes arranged by our college before placements.

GIET Gunupur is a heaven for engineering aspirants.

Placements: I am a mechanical engineering student at GIET Gunupur. I got placed in MetalMan Auto Pvt Ltd. All the credits and thanks go to the dynamic training & placement cell of GIET Gunupur which is providing extensive and rigorous training sessions to the students before placements. They are also giving vast opportunities to us by bringing various companies to our college for all the branches.
