GIET Gunupur is a heaven for engineering aspirants.

Placements: I am a mechanical engineering student at GIET Gunupur. I got placed in MetalMan Auto Pvt Ltd. All the credits and thanks go to the dynamic training & placement cell of GIET Gunupur which is providing extensive and rigorous training sessions to the students before placements. They are also giving vast opportunities to us by bringing various companies to our college for all the branches.

The college of hood placement, best infrastructure, attractive fests and helpful faculty members.

Placements: The placements facility is good but sometimes fake companies are the real issues of the college. Most of the students get placed during placement but due to some fake companies the college holds the bad credit. Every year college brings big companies like TCS, Cape Gemini, Jindal, Aditya Birla. College also conduct special PPT classes for the aspiring students so that they don't face any problem during their placement time.

It is a good college with great discipline.

Placements: The placement of this college is quite good. Software companies like TCS visit our campus. The college also provides pool campus where candidates go to different colleges to get jobs. Core companies also visit our college, but are in less number and the packages are also less.

Good infrastructure with the cinema hall inside the campus, and good placements.

Placements: Every year many companies use to visit our campus for the placement, and some companies organise pool campusing which also includes some MNCs like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Mind Tree. The average package is approximately 3 LPA. I am in my final year and am happy to be placed in a good company.

One of the best private colleges in India.

Placements: The campus placement is quite good. Many renowned companies visit every year. The average placement of the previous years was about 4.5 LPA, and the highest package of the previous batch was about 13.5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro and many more come for their well-educated interns. The college holds a record of 95% placements, which is quite remarkable. If anyone has the capabilities, then he will get the job. Overall, they provide you with the best education with the h...

If you want to study and only study, this is the best university for you. Not for enjoyment.

Placements: Training and placement cell try their best to bring companies for campus recruitment. But, most of the companies are BPOs, where a high school pass student can work. Engineers are not meant to work as a support. They are developers. And also, some companies don't even give joining letter to them. And on getting placement from this campus recruitment, the administration asks for the first salary from the job to be submitted to the university. I don't know what kind of tradition it is, but why sho...

The worst college ever. Please don't think to join this college.

Placements: They will provide fake placement. Also, they take Rs. 10,000 for the fake placements. Please don't think to join this college as this is the worst college ever. If you join here, then surely they will provide you with the fake placements. Only one company will be coming for the placement here, i.e., TCS, and nothing else. It is the worst college ever.

Totally satisfactory college at this fee structure. Excellent for studying.

Placements: The placement is quite good as compared to other private colleges. Many big companies also visit the campus for the recruitment, mainly like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, HP and many more. They also offer quite attractive packages to the deserving students.

Not that much good and bad as well. I think it worth the amount it takes.

Placements: Placement cell has good link with most of the reputed companies. Many of the seniors got placement in well known business enterprise. About 60% of students got placement every year. And also got a good salary as well. About 80% of its student got internship. There is a placement cell and it has also very good links with most of the reputed companies.

An above average college if you focus on yourself.

Placements: Many small companies come to UPAT for placements, but they will give the call letter. Most of them are KPOs, outsourcing one, and BPOs. They are just for the namesake for showing the number of placements. Try to get placed in an MNC or a company in which they hire at least 20 students.

Placements: Almost, every student gets placed in a company by the completion of the 7th semester. The college gives many opportunities to the students and trains us for an interview and other things from the first year itself. Last year, the placement was 95%. The companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Artech, and Milliman visited our college. During the internship, the salary was at least Rs 20,000 per month. GIET, Gunupur is the best college in eastern Odisha.

Placements: Around, 95% of the placements are done this year. Last year, it was 92%. The minimum package was 2.4 LPA, and the maximum was 15 LPA. There is a placement cell called i2i cell, and PPT cell, which is pre-placement training cell. They train the students how to crack an interview. The teaching is done systematically here. A company will appoint a student only when a student is strong in theory, practical, positive minded, and willing for hard work. Regarding the placement, it has been the highest ...

The student feedback of GIET College.

Placements: The placement on the campus is good. All the students get the equal chances to opt for the different companies. But somehow core job lacks in our college, and the softcore companies are coming in the large amount. The companies like Tata Steel, Tech Mahindra, HCL, Jindal Steel, Milliman, Zoom Cars, Republic Motor, etc., visit the campus. The students are placed in all those companies.

GIET is best for the study. Here, no discussion is there only innovation is present.

Placements: In the view of placements, most of the students are placed in TCS and 90% of the students are getting placed in company every year like Jindal Saw Ltd, and metal man company and Piaggio automobile companies are coming here for the placements. The members in the T&P are also very cooperative with us. They also advise us to go for internship and also provide the industry visit.

It is a place where students can brush their skills, studies and practical knowledge too.

Placements: Placements were pretty good. Few top MNCs hired many students both in IT and core field. More than 90% students got placed, and they are working comfortably. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahendra, Jindal Saw, eClerx Technologies etc. are among few top hires with good package.

What I am coming to say that the overall campus is good.

Placements: Here, in the university, the placements are not that much easy to get it. We have to do hard work in such a manner so that you can reach our goals. But the university provides so many offers to approach simply. The placements will be good for the CSE, and IT branches.
