Very less companies coming to the campus, Campus placement is very poor, but you can go for off campus placements in any other college.

GKV has good education, infrastructure, educated faculty, and satisfactory placements.
Placements: Around 20%-30% of students got placements from the college. The highest salary package is 7 LPA, the average package is 3 LPA - 4 LPA LPA. and the lowest salary package is 2,5 LPA. Companies like BHEL, WIPRO, and HUL are among the recruiters. 60% - 70% of students got internships at the Times of India, Mahindra, etc., in roles such as HR, accountant, and marketing assistant.
Infrastructure: University has a large infrastructure with a central library. Classrooms are average, and each department has its labs and libraries. The hostel is good, with fully equipped rooms, good Wi-Fi, a large hockey ground, and a stadium where all the games are played. The mess, canteen, and medical facilities are average, not too good.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good, with many professors in all departments. However, this university does not prepare students for the industry and does not organise events that provide practical knowledge. The difficulty level of semester exams is average, and the pass percentage is 40%.
Other: Students can choose this university for its good campus, facilities, and teaching quality. This course offers many opportunities to increase knowledge and explore new things.

The college is best if you want to give time to build skills.
Placements: Placement is also average at 3 LPA. The college assists you with placement, and if you have good skills, you may go with off-campus opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average, not as attractive. Hostel quality is also average, and you may face some food issues later. But the university infrastructure is good, and you may like to explore it.
Faculty: The faculty are good. Exams will be easy if you are an average student.

If anyone only wants to get into a government college, they can opt for this college.
Placements: The placement may be possible in this college if you are a good student and you have knowledge of core and coding subjects, you get placed. But companies came here with offers of 15 LPA. Most of the students don't have proper knowledge. So most of the students are placed with packages of 3-4-5 LPA.
Infrastructure: This college offers many courses. It has good faculty. The whole campus has Wi-Fi support. Classrooms are a little bit not in good condition. The campus contains a very big library, and the engineering department has its own library. Hostel conditions are good but not very good. The quality of food you get will be manageable. Sports facilities are very good. They provide all support in terms of sports or any field.
Faculty: All the semesters and exams run on time. The teachers are well-qualified, all the teachers have M.Tech. The college curriculum doesn't make students industry-ready. There are 5 units in each subject and you have to complete any 3 chapters to score good marks in the exam. You have to score a minimum of 40 in each subject to pass.
Other: There is a fest held every year. There is no concept of co-education; both boys and girls have different campuses.

Good faculty but bad hostel facility.
Placements: The highest package of this college was 1200000 per annum, and the lowest package was 4 Lacs per annum. Placement rate in this college is not too good; students apply to campus for placements. Top companies that are still on our campus are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. Around 40% of students got placements or internships in this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is good. The library, lab, classroom, etc. are available where you can access book practice questions in the lab. Also, Wi-Fi is available in campus. Hostel facilities are not that good. Students always face problems with bathrooms in hostels, and in hostels, Wi-Fi is not working properly. The canteen is available on our campus. Sports and games facilities are also available where interested students can participate according to their interest.
Faculty: The faculty of this college is very good. They always help students, and their teaching style is also so fantastic. They teach in such a way that no doubt is left to the students. Even if they have some doubts, they can ask the teachers. They are always supportive towards students. All the teachers are PhDs and Masters from top institutes. And in our course curriculum from the first semester onward, they started teaching us the C programming language, which is a very good thing. About the semester exam, it is not tough. You will get good marks in the semester exam if you study from notes and PYQs.
Other: I chose this college because I was not getting any other college because of my high score in the main. I wish to change some things in courses like remover of environment subjects and chemistry because all these things are not relevant to the industry demand. Sometimes the best events happen in our colleges, and no scholarship is provided to the students.

Infrastructure is good. Teachers are well educated. Labs are done daily. Placement is worst.
Placements: Placement is completely null. You have to get a job by yourself; college will do nothing. Even they are not well aware to call companies for placement. So be ready to do hard labour for yourself. Learn coding and all, which can get you a job after 4 years. Never depend on this college.
Infrastructure: Overall, the college is good. Wi-Fi is not available. Labs will be running every day. If you want to do lab, you can easily go and do practical there. Hostel is available only in the first year. After that, you have to check for PGs. PGs are available easily. You can get them in the surrounding area of the college itself.
Faculty: Teachers were quite good. Some teachers are so rude since it is a government college. Teachers don't have anything to lose, so sometimes they may humiliate you. Never have arguments with the professor. They always wanted to utter their ego. Sometimes they may take revenge in your college semester exams.
Other: I chose this college because it is a government-funded college with a lower fee. Here, everything is good except placements.

I do not prefer this college for this course. I can say there are better options than this.
Placements: Hardly 30% - 40% of people get on-campus placements. The highest salary package offered I have ever heard is of LPA, and the lowest is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Panasonic, and many others. The placement they claim is not as they say.
Infrastructure: The hostel is not very good. I prefer a private room. The food is not very good, and the hygiene is also not good. The campus has the same problem. It does not offer good facilities. Everything is average or below average. The labs are not good.
Faculty: Faculty-Professors: Senior academics with Ph.D.s leading core subjects and projects. Associate/Assistant Professors: Handle foundational and specialized courses. Lab Instructors: Assist in hands-on sessions. Guest Lecturers: Industry professionals offering insights into practical applications. Curriculum-1st Year: Common courses like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, basic programming, and engineering fundamentals across all branches. 2nd Year: Core branch subjects (e.g., Data Structures for CSE, Thermodynamics for Mechanical). 3rd Year: Advanced core subjects and electives (e.g., Machine Learning for CSE, Fluid Mechanics for Civil). 4th Year: Final projects, internships, and advanced electives. Exams-Semester-wise: Includes mid-term tests, lab evaluations, final theory exams, and project assessments.
