Placements: There is no proper placement in this college. We had just one company in our college last semester. They took an aptitude test and never returned back with the result, never even informing us about what happened and such. The college takes the entire credit for students who have cracked the interviews off campus, which is very bad on their part.
Placements: Very few students were placed, companies didn't want to give a decent package and we had to settled for less. We were told that we should be grateful for whatever we get! Seriously? After spending hundred of tho of INR they have the audacity to say this? Most roles offered were in software development and almost nothing in infrastructure.
Placements: Very few students got placed in our course. Mostly, jobs related to sales are offered, which is not worth the 3 years of learning. The packages offered are about Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000. Top companies were furniture and asset management companies, and the roles offered are sales executive etc. About 1% of students in the course were placed.
Placements: Placements were conducted hardly. The top 1/2 students could get placements the rest went on their own for the course of biotechnology. I got a job in the pharmaceutical industry after trying out a lot in Verna-Goa. The salary was too low. College should provide some placements if they are providing these types of courses in Goa. In the FDA (food and drugs administration) or labs or hospitals, there should be jobs available about these courses. I worked in QC, wherein I used to do the testings o...
Placements: Placements in our college are not the best, but there are average placements. The highest salary offered is around Rs. 20,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is around Rs. 16,000 per month. They offer jobs mostly related to sales after this course. If and only if you decide to do additional courses like CIBPO or business analytics courses, then you can get better placements. If you are looking for better placements in the corporate world, then do MBA from GIM Goa.
Placements: There are no placement opportunities for mechanical engineering students. There were some software companies which recruited mechanical engineering students, but it was not relevant to our course. It was totally useless for the mechanical engineering students. I hope that there will be some improvement.
Placements: I would tell that the placements are not very good, but it depends on your grades, knowledge and skills. If you have the knowledge and skills, then you might get placed. The highest package offered for computer engineering students was about 7 LPA to 8 LPA.
Placements: The placement scenario is very poor for the college Not many companies came to college for the placement drive. Still, the college is doing a fake publicity with respect to placements. A few companies had come which were basically from the non-technical background. The college authorities were forcing students to join against their will.
Placements: 50% and above percentage was required. No internship and placements is available and provided by the college. For Sociology it's about crime and society. For History it's about gian history. For English it's about community skills and digital learning etc.
Placements: Batch was a good one everybody Are super helpful and energetic. But don't expect class unity nobody was trust worthy. They just come for the sake. Very few are serious with their career. Not people who will help you do better because They only don't know what they are doing .
