Amiable campus worth the money.

Placements: Whenever we talk about a good university, we look for placements first. That's what it is worth of, but it is in your hand to show your attitude and communication skills to get selected. Many good companies come here to find the right talent.

The overall review for the college is quite good but disappointed with the placements.

Placements: If I talk about the placements criteria in GEHU, then I'll say that if you are capable of placement, then you'll get your placements. In EEE department, the placement is not good because of the core branch, and the placements are good for the computer branch. Also, there is no stipend for the internship.

Great faculty members. Good infrastructure.

Placements: The placement facility for the animation department is excellent. More than 18 companies came for the placement last year. The total number of students placed are 42 out of 56 which is very good. The highest salary package offered was around 6.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered was around 2.8 LPA.

Transforming dreams into reality.

Placements: The placements are good, especially for the computer science students. The interviews are based on the knowledge and experience of the courses, and extracurricular activities also make the impact. Our college provides classes for enhancing more personality development so that they can clear the interviews.

A great college, but no great food.

Placements: The placement for graduation courses, especially courses like BBA is low as compared to MBA or B.Tech. Companies do come for MBA and sometimes also give a chance to BBA students. Some local companies do come every year in which students can get placed easily, and it is a great opportunity for starting their career. SIP has to be done on your own for 1 month. You also have to prepare a report for the same. You also have to do another project, final research project in which you have to prepare a ...

Worth for the money we spend.

Placements: The placement record is also satisfying till now. Most of the students were getting their campus placements, and the average package offered is between 3-4 lacs per annum, and there are some companies also which offered the package of 6-10 lacs per annum also. The pre-placement drives were taken to make the students ready for their placements.

Decent college if you want to join for B.Tech, BCA etc. Placements are also good enough.

Placements: The placement companies which were there for our placements were BPO's. The company of TCS was also present in recruitment. I also got placed in BPO, which was in Dehradun. In recruitment, 2 to 3 students were also placed in TCS. Overall, I would say you would get placed, but you should have decent soft skills.

Amazing infrastructure and the faculty members are knowledgeable.

Placements: Only BPO and call centre companies give placements to the honours students though there are a lot more companies for other courses like B.Tech, B.Com, BCA and B.Sc. So if you think B.Sc (h) from this college will provide you placement in good companies then change your mind if you want placement in Wipro, Infosys, etc. choose some other courses.

Full of fun and the knowledge is provided in many ways.

Placements: The Graphic Era university provides very good placement opportunities for the students, who aspire for the jobs. Most of the companies visit our college every year to recruit the employees, and at high salary packages. In the last year, the placement was at least 70%, and in the coming years, I hope it increases.

Not worth the money, and the standard of study is very low

Placements: Total guys placed from our branch were only 4 out of 127 students. Especially in civil engineering, placements is the thing you can't expect very much with Graphic Era. People did get placed from other branches with 70% placements but civil and mechanical are the branches, where Graphic Era can't place you.

Satisfied with everything provided by the university.

Placements: The placements are very good. Up to 90% of the students have been placed in the previous year. The highest salary offered was 4 LPA, and the lowest was nearly 2 LPA. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Oracle, Mercedes-Benz came for campus placements. Data entry operator etc. were the roles offered. Nearly, 75%of the students got internships. I am not aware of the stipend offered.

Placements: The placements are good that is 20 out of 60 students are placed. The highest salary is 3.2 lakhs per annum, and the average salary is 1.8 lakhs per annum during the training period. Placements: Every year many companies visit our college for the campus placement. The top recruiters for our college are Wipro, Infosys, Concentrix, Sapient, Omics International, Capgemini, etc. The offered package to the students from our college is about 2.5 lakhs to 5 lakhs. From our senior batch, college is providing internship for every student.

Medium satisfaction, because the college should call big companies.

Placements: Around 80-90% students were placed. Infosys, Wipro and sapient were the big companies. The package was around 4 LPA. Only the students who were placed got internship offers from their respective companies. Campus placement in Infosys was not good this time. This time, we expect some big names to be there for placements.

Good college and the best in Dehradun.

Placements: Placements are decent since the majority of the companies that come are TCS, Wipro, Capgemini etc. The exposure is good since summer internships are compulsory. The average CTC offered goes for around 4-5 LPA and a good position in the company. The ROI is, however, low.

Placements: There is almost 100% placement in my batch (2015). The lowest average salary was 1.2 lakh annually and the highest was up to above 10 lakh annually. Infosys, Wipro, Genpact etc were the companies that visited. Students got selected for a GET (graduate engineer trainee) designation.

It is the best private college in Uttarakhand.

Placements: Maximum students are placed from our college from CS & IT branch but there were very less placements in other branches. Infosys, Wipro, ZTE, Hitachi Micro Clinic, etc. companies visited our college for recruitment. The roles they offered were software tester, network engineer, security engineer, project engineer, etc. The highest package was 8 LPA, lowest package was 1.8 LPA and the average was of 3 LPA.

College was really good and the most important thing is placement. I got placed in a MNC and working with them for last 1 year, most of my batch mates are doing jobs and some of them are doing their masters from the same college. I am also planning for an MBA from Graphic Era because I know that spending money there is a fruitful step.
