Gurugram University BCom Eligibility & Highlights 2024
Gurugram University BCom is offered as an integrated course that is offered in a full-time mode. The integrated BCom + MCom course is an undergraduate program that combines a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with an MCom degree that lasts for five academic years. The cousre curriculum covers subjects related to commerce, finance, management, accounts, and taxation.
Admission to the BCom course is based on the merit of the qualifying exam. Candidates must have at least completed twelve years of school education to be eligible for the BCom + MCom integrated course. Admission Process of Gurugram University begins with the online Application form. The application process is mainly conducted in online mode. Candidates are required to download the admission brochure and read it carefully before filling out the application form. Follow the below steps:
Step 1.1: Candidates are required to register themselves by clicking on the official website(https://gu.aimserp.co.in/gu-admissions/#/)
Step 1.2: After successfully registering on the admission portal, Candidates need to sign in and click on the “Apply now” button adjacent to the programme which prompts the login window on the screen.
Step 1.3: Now the online application form opens.
Step 1.4: Fill out the application form with the required details with all the admission-related documents
Step 1.5: To finally submit the application form, the user has to click on the checkbox for “I agree” against the T&C and click on “Verify and Submit”. Once clicked the User shall be redirected to the Payment Gateway, wherein the User has the feasibility to pay the application fee by UPI, Debit/Credit card, and Net banking options.
Step 1.6: Once the payment is completed, the candidates will be redirected to the admission portal and will have the option to download the admission form and the fee receipt.

Step 2: Selection Process
Gurugram University BCom+ MCom integrated cousre selection process includes shortlisting candidates based on their performance in the entrance exam/ past academic performance. Once candidates are shortlisted, the university releases the merit lists in multiple rounds.
Step 3: Merit lists
Students whose name is on the merit list are required to appear for physical counseling in the Department of Commerce.
Step 4: Final Admission
After the counselling, the department issues a provisional admission letter. The selected candidate has to deposit the Gurugram University BCom fee online within the stipulated time or else his/her seat will be considered vacant and the seat shall be offered to the next candidate. All admissions are provisional subject to verifications of documents and approval of Competent Authority.
