IILM BA admissions are done based on marks obtained by applicants in Higher Secondary Examination. The university admission process begins with the Application stage. IILM University offers various specialisations under its BA course. The aforementioned university has commenced its admission process for BA courses. • The candidate must have passed the courses of the previous semester of the University from where he/she is migrating in order to get credit acceptance
• The courses not covered until now needs to be additionally covered by the student through various suggested options by IILM University
• The student will have to pass all those courses which are not mapped under the curriculum of pervious university/college, whenever they will be offered by the University
• The student will have to produce a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the institute/university where he/she is presently studying

Once the application process is completed, the admission committee shortlists student based on their overall performance in Class 12. These shortlisted students are further required to visit the university for a personal interview round. During this round, students are judged based on their academic record, participation in extracurricular activities and more. These students are also required to carry certain required documents for verification on the same day. Following is a list of documents that are required for IILM admission verification purposes:

• Two sets of attested photocopy of Class 10 mark sheet and Passing Certificate
• Two sets of attested photocopy of Class 12 mark sheet and Passing Certificate
• Identification proof
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• 2 passport size photographs

IILM University Gurugram offers admission to courses either based on merit or entrance exam score. IILM Gurugram selects candidates for courses such as BTech, MBA, BA LLB, BBA LLB based on entrance exam scores. CUET-UG score is accepted for admission to BA LLB, BBA LLB, and some other UG courses. The university also accepts CUET-PG scores for MBA, LLM and MA.

For other courses, merit in the last qualifying exam is considered for admission. The university may also conduct personal interview round for admission to a few programmes.
