Placements: Placements this year are really wonderful for mechanical engineering students. For the batch of 2018, they have total 88 offers out of 83 students who sought placement with 6.6 LPA average salary and 6.5 LPA median salary. About 80% of the offers were from core sector.

Placements: The placements provided in our college are average. Only a few students got placed in core companies, and the remaining students got placed in IT and consultancy companies. The highest package offered was Rs. 7 LPA. ITC, Pernod Ricard, Infosys, Aakash, Unibourne, Mondelez and Zycus were the main recruiters. 71% of the students attended placements and got placed. Many students got two offers.

Placements: There are 100% placements in college. Companies like Maruti, BPCL, Deloitte, PWC, Pumpsense Fluid Engineering, TCS, Reliance Refineries and many more visited our college for placements. The average salary package offered is 7 CTC. Around 60 out of 110 students got internships and JRF. There are a placement cell and Teqip building in the college.

Placements: Two on campus offers from Capgemini and Ipsos. Joined the latter as a Data Analyst. 98% student from our department got placed. A few of them went for higher studies. Maximum package - 17LPA Minimum package - 3.15LPA Avg. Package - 7LPA Top recruiters included Texas Instruments, Goldman Sachs, Samsung, etc.

Placements: The response of placements were not very good. Around only 5-10% of the students were placed. The highest salary offered was about 5 Lacs and the lowest was around 2.5 Lacs. Companies such as TresVista, Godrej & Boyce, Capital First, J Thomas had visited. The roles were financial analyst, business development, sales officer, etc. Nearly 70% of the students got internship from college. Placements: I did not get placed at all. They have no placement system. My course is not even mentioned properly in the options. I was very disappointed, to be honest, they don't have any placement system. Only one internship is available but that too the place was not of our choice or not many options were there. Nothing great could be achieved ever.

Placements: Placements are decent in pharmaceutical technology. All students get placeced. And jobs are not all sales as in most other colleges. Salary is also at par with other institutes. In other departments, placements are really good. Best in computer Science department. Companies like yahoo, google, MS, adobe, PSUs regularly come.

Placements: The placements in our batch were a little over 55% but in the senior batch almost everyone got placed. The highest salary package offered is 7.5 LPA whereas the lowest offered salary package is 5 LPA. The roles assigned were mostly in the fields of data analytics.

Placements: Jadavpur University is quite well-known for its placements. Major companies like Google, Amazon, and Facebook recruit the students from our college. Also for streams like mechanical, electrical, chemical, and civil, the placements are good.

Placements: Very few students attended placements as most of them went for further studies. I would give 2.5 out of 5 for placements. One student got placed in Amazon. Good companies like Godrej, Wipro, etc. do come to our college for placements. However, I didn't like the job role offered to me.

Placements: Undoubtedly best amongst the colleges under WBUT and all colleges in Bengal, comparable to that of some IITS. Some are placed at higher packages ranging 8-10 Lacs, bulk is recruited by mass recruiters and rest go for higher educations abroad. The highest package previous year was 11 Lacs by gold snatch. E cell is very helpful in getting you placed well.

Placements: Placement of 2018 batch is owsam. In our college Chemical Engineering placement is next to computer Science. Far better placement than Mechanical. UOP Honeywell, Vendant Resources, Carin India, L&T, Reliance Petroleum, Bharat petroleum, Haldia Petroleum, HSBC Bank, ZS Associates, Actors India Limited etc. Company placed almost 100% of batch Strength, Some students got double, triple, tetra packages. The highest amount of package is 18LPA.

Placements: The placement department was newly set up in the year 2015, so only 20% of the students got placements through college sources. More than half of the students opted for higher studies while 15% opted for the family business. Overall, the placement department was active and achieved as much as 20% placements within 6 months.

Placements: The placement here is very good. Almost 100% student have got placed in the last 2-3 years. Most of the companies that visit the campus are core companies. Many consultencies also visit the campus. The average package is also descent. Overall the placement is really good.

Placements: Companies like Wipro, ITC, Godrej visit our college for Placement offering various roles in finance, marketing and selling domains. Around 4 Lacs pa as starting package. Most of the students don't opt for jobs and go head with further studies. There is one faculty in charge of placing the students.

Placements: Media houses and academic research facilities offer good placements every year. Most students either go for a job after their studies or pursue higher degrees for career in research and academic fields. Some also appear for government exams and some go to study abroad.

Placements: Placement is quite decent for this branch, nearly 65-70 percent students get placed. Average package offered in this branch is ?5.80 Lacs. Internships are organised by the e-cell of our college, iif you have the desired skills you will definitely get an internship, the average money offered during the internship period was ?5k per month.

Placements: Hello, I have completed B.A. in Sanskrit also from the same university. Well, to be very honest there is no placement available for sanskrit students whereas there is a placement cell also in arts faculty which is not that much effective however, students from other departments like IR, CL, English get benefitted through this cell. University authority did not take any proper step to provide placements to the departments like Sanskrit.

Placements: Placement scenario is quite good. Department like CSE/IT/ETCE record 100% placement with an average annual package of 12-13 lacs. Branches like CIVIL, CHEMICAL, PRODUCTION have average annual package of 4-7 lacs. Best company for civil engineering department which used to come every year is L&T.

Placements: Placement scenario in jadavpur is decent. Companies come all around the year. Few departments such as CSE and etc.E has 100% placement record. The highest salary offered this year was around 45lpa and the lowest is around 4.5 LPA. Students gets placed both in there core sector or management sector.
