Placements: This institution gives me a lot and learns to me how can I did excellent scores as well as to be a good man also. Most of the students from our chemistry department got a valuable job like at Haldia Petro Chemical Limited, Infotech, teaching at central board school, state government school, etc., and most of the students worked already on state government research.

Placements: Placements in core companies were pretty good with top companies like Tata Steel, Maruti, Tata Motors, Fluor Daniel, Mahindra, all recruiting from campus. IT companies like TCS, CTS, Wipro recruited in mass. Analytics firm EXL, Mu Sigma as well as auditing companies like pwc, Deloitte are regular recruiters.

Placements: Well, it isn't that great for the arts side. But if you are talented, have taken part in the various seminars, amazing lectures, internships which are available all the time, you shall obviously not have a hard time with employment. Its all about how well you use the time spent.

Placements: This year, about 70-80 students were placed among 120 students. Every year, almost 60-70 students are placed in various sectors like government and private sectors. Some of the students are likely to go for higher studies, abroad and in IITs. This year, the highest package is of 32 lacs per annum, and the lowest is something about 4.5 lacs per annum.

Placements: Almost 60% students of my batch got placed till date. Almost 80% students of my senior batch was placed. Those who does't get the job either aiming for higher education or startup. Some visiting companies this year are - L&T, MND, Phillips Carbon Black Limited, Infosys, TCS, Vedanta, HPCL, Floor Daniel, Tata Projects and many more. The University has launched the Internship Matchmaking during e-summit for students.

Placements: The infrastructure of placements is very good in Jadavpur University. A lot of students are placed every year from here. Noted companies like TCS, Vedanta, Reliance, Honey Oil etc. come here every year for placements to select good, intelligent students. Many students depend on it. Placements occur in a systematic way in the university.

Placements: In Jadavpur University, the placement is very good, many reputed companies come here for placement like Google, Amazon and also many companies like TCS, Wipro etc., and you also go for higher studies through the university. Here, the placement cell is very important to give job and give the internship to students.

Placements: I got placed in ZS Associates and TCS EIS. I am currently working as a business operations associate at ZS. Placements were not that good for our batch. Most of the students placed had to go to mass IT jobs or teaching lines. The lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA. Reputed companies like ZS, PWC, Maruti, Cummins, and Royal Enfield, visit the campus for placements.

Placements: The placements is good in my senior batch. Around 75% of the students got placed. The highest salary is around 10 LPA and the lowest is 3.5 LPA while the average salary is around 5.5 LPA. Various core companies, analytical as well as IT companies has visited the campus and the students were placed in all of these companies such Tcs, Infosys, wipro, musigma, zs associates, vedanta power, reliance power, IPCL, CESC, PWC, Amazon, etc.

Placements: The placements are pretty good. Yes some departments do recieve better package and good jobs than some but that has always been the case. The IT industry offers brilliant packages of mostly 10lpa+ to students of IT, CSE. Although core departments like mechanical, civil, power, production have average packages around 6-7lpa. Placements: Placement is average but much better and secured than private colleges. Many students are placed in mass recruiters like TCS and Infosys. Apart from that, many coaching institutions hire students with good packages. Also, many core companies with package of around 3-4 lacs come for recruitment.

Placements: This year the placement scenario is mostly good. The highest package is 7.5 LPA by Vedanta Group Of Companies. Many were placed in Jindal, Tata Steel, TCS, Capgemini. Placements: Placements are very good from the last 5-6 year, according to placement statistics IEE department stands 4th. The average package this year is 6.5 lakhs per annum. Almost 40 students out of 45 successfully placed every year in most of the renowned companies like Bharti Airtel, Reliance, Texus instrument, Siemens, and many other PSU like ONGC, BPCL, HPCL, etc.

Placements: Placements in JU BE FTBE are like any other core stream at Jadavpur University. The highest package offered by companies goes up to 9 LPA (and increasing every year). As far as placement percentage is concerned, it is 100%. Every single student from the previous passout batch was placed. Placements: Since last few years, placement here is fine. Though you can't expect as high as CSE or IT, still one cannot deny the fact that one of the best placements in ME after IITs occur here. Recognised as one of the best state universities in India, it provides ample opportunities during placement time.

The companies coming for the same are majorly IT Companies which also happen to offer the maximum CTC.
