In the field of Engineering, Jain deemed-to-be University offers a two-year MTech programme at PG level. Spread across four semesters, admission to MTech is subject to a valid score in GATE/ JET, or any other valid entrance exam score. Jain University BCA admission is entrance based. The accepted exam is the Jain Entrance Test (JET). This is followed by Personal Interview (PI) and Group Discussion (GD) rounds. Hence, there is currently no provision for direct admissions.

For admission into the BTech course at Jain University candidates must fulfil a total of 3 conditions which are:
- Eligibility Criteria- Candidates must have passed Class 10 and 12 with a 45% aggregate with Physics and Mathematics plus Chemistry/Electronics/Computer Science/Biology as optional subject.
