Jain University offers a three-year UG course of BBA. This course is offered across seven specialisations through the Center of Management Studies (CMS). Jain University BCA admission is based on candidates' performance in Jain Entrance Test (JET), conducted by the University. The written test is followed by a GD/PI (whichever is applicable). In order to get admission to a BCA course at Jain University, candidates are required to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed by the university. The university offers this course with three specialisations including, Information Security integrated with Certification in CompTIA Security+, Storage and Cloud Technology integrated with Certification in CompTIA Cloud+ and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, followed by MCA with Electives. At Jain University, students get the facility of learning technology with a Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning facility. Candidates seeking admission to the MCA course must visit the official website of the University to apply online. Registered candidates are then required to appear for the Jain Entrance Test (JET). This is an in-house entrance exam popularly conducted by the university itself for its various UG and PG courses. In order to get admission to MCA, candidates must qualify for JET. The final selection is based on the candidates' scores in JET and their performance in the Personal Interview round. 

Jain University accepts several nationa-level entrance exams, including CAT. In 2024, for MBA in Business Analytics, the CAT cutoff percentile required was 50 for the students belonging to the General AI quota. This cutoff percentile is for the CMS Business School. The cutoff percentile vary for different courses and exams. 

For MCA course admission at Jain University, candidates must fulfil the university's eligibility criteria. For Jain University MCA admission, students have to pass graduation with minimum 50% aggregate from a recognised university. They must have pursued their graduation either in BCA/ BSc/ BCom/ BBA streams, followed by additional bridge courses as per the university norms.
