Is M.E/M.Tech at Jaypee Noida worth the investment?

Based on student reviews and feedback, here's what we've gathered:

Good Points:
* Strong placements: Over 95% of students get placed, with top companies like Adobe, Amazon, and Atlassian offering high packages.
* Good infrastructure: The college has modern classrooms, labs, and facilities, including a library, gym, and sports grounds.
* Supportive faculty: Many faculty members are knowledgeable and helpful, willing to assist students with academic queries.
* Research opportunities: The college encourages research and innovation, with collaborations with reputed industries.

Not-so-good Points:
* Limited exposure in some departments (e.g., biotechnology): While some students report good placements in CS and IT, others in biotech reported fewer opportunities.
* High fees: The college charges relatively high tuition fees, which might be a concern for some students.
* Small campus: The college campus is smaller than expected, which might affect the overall college experience.

Verdict: While Jaypee Noida has some drawbacks, its strong reputation for placements and supportive faculty make it a worthwhile investment for students looking for a solid education and career prospects.

I think it’s going to be a very good three years for me.
Placements: Only 50% of students were placed in the BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) program at Jaypee. The highest package for the BCA course is INR 25 lakhs at JIIT, the average package is around 6-7 lakhs, and the lowest package is 2-3 lakhs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of JIIT is very beautiful, and the Wi-Fi facilities in labs and the Learning Resource Center (LRC) are good. However, there is no Wi-Fi in classrooms, which isn’t a problem since we cannot use mobile phones during lectures, so Wi-Fi facilities in classrooms are not necessary.
Faculty: Yes, all the teachers are very helpful in our academics, and all faculty members are knowledgeable and qualified. However, some faculty members do not know how to manage the class during lectures, as they only teach while some students create noise and use their mobile phones without being warned.
Other: In the BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) program, there are 120 students permitted, and the batch is divided into four parts named BCA1, 2, 3, and 4. The best thing about this course is that some new computer students, like me, who didn’t know how to run a computer now know a little bit about this program. According to me, they need no changes for improvement in our course. The campus crowd is very strong, and I don’t know about any scholarships, but there are lots of connectivity options available.

Review of Jaypee Institute of Information Technology.
Placements: Around 50 percent of students got placement last year. Students got placement in TCS, Power, Amazon, Nike, etc. The average package is 6-7 lacs, and the highest was 25 lacs last year. Best college of Noida—Jaypee Institution of Information and Technology.
Infrastructure: All the hostel rooms are provided with LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity with 24 hours of internet through the main service of the academic block. Reading rooms and additional sports facilities like table tennis rooms, chess, and carrom rooms are there.
Faculty: The evaluation system at JIIT includes written exams, assignments, quizzes, homework, tutorials, and regularity in attendance. Written exams are generally three in number and make up 75% of the total grade. The remaining 25% is allocated to assignments, quizzes, homework, tutorials, and regularity in attendance.

Best college of Noida - JIIT.
Placements: 99% of students are placed in top companies at our college. But for BCA, it was the first batch so we don't know about placement yet. At top companies like Google, Microsoft, Uber, etc., 60–70% of students get internships. Full-stack developed data analytics and cyber security are roles for which we can be selected.
Infrastructure: We have our separate computer science department for BCA and MCA students, which has all the facilities like computer labs, full-air conditioning classrooms, libraries, etc. The hostel price is a little bit high but the food quality is really amazing, and you also loved it.
Faculty: Our entire faculty is Ph.D., which has more than 5 years of experience so we don't need to be worried about it. If we have any doubts, we can openly ask everything from them without any problem. The exams are of medium level, and we need to get 33% to pass them, which fulfils all our requirements.

Good placements and the highest package was 80 Lacs last year.
Placements: Almost every students was placed in my college. 99% of the students were placed. The highest package is 80 Lacs, the average is 12 Lacs and the lowest is 9 Lacs. The top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, Cisco, etc. Almost all students get internships at least 1 or 2.
Infrastructure: There are good teachers good Wi-Fi facilities, good flats good classrooms with air conditioning in every classroom and library in every canteen. The library is too big; classrooms have ACs. There is also a canteen on campus, and the sports club is also very big .
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. You can ask them any question on WhatsApp if there is an exam tomorrow or if there is not. They prepare the students for internship placement except the passing percentage is 33% in the semester exam.
Other: I had chosen this course because it has very good placement. I think there should be a need to improve some classroom infrastructure divided first campus to grow connectivity. A very good scholarship is provided according to the 12th grade mark.
