Academically, the schedule is relatively hectic with textbook-based lectures and frequent exams. Overall, the campus is secure with guards and CCTV cameras present throughout, though outsiders cannot enter without permission.

JIIT is good in infrastructure, course, and curriculum but average in placements.
Placements: Till now, 60% of students are placed. Many students have mass offers in their hands, like Infosys, which came and took 120 students at a package of 3.6 Lacs. The highest package is from Amazon on campus, around 21 Lacs. It took only 3-4 students. Around 30-40% of students are joining internships from January 2025, and some are in companies which have very low conversion rates. The average package is around 5-6 Lacs. Till now, top recruiters are ION Group, Amazon, STM, Accenture, and LTI Mindtree. The overall placement rating is average.
Infrastructure: JIIT is good in the field of infrastructure. Everything is very neat and clean on the campus. The library and classrooms are well maintained. Even the Wi-Fi facility is also good. The food in the mess is also good as compared to other colleges. It has reasonable prices in the café as well. Medical facilities are available 24/7. It has a swimming pool, gym, volleyball court, and badminton court along with a well-maintained lawn.
Faculty: I don’t say every teacher is helpful, but yes, JIIT has some awesome teachers who have vast and deep knowledge of the subject. JIIT conducts exams three times in one semester, named T1, T2, and T3. The exam level is kind of moderate — not very easy, not very difficult. One may require at least 15 marks out of 75 to clear one subject, which is not very difficult. You can pass the exam very easily. My overall rating for the curriculum and exams is 4.
Other: I have chosen B.Tech in CSE as I have an interest in this field, but JIIT doesn’t provide any specialization in CSE. It has only CSE and IT courses in this field. I wish there were some specialization options along with CSE. Talking about fests, they are decent in nature. And it doesn’t provide any scholarships to students.

I think joining this college was the best decision for my future.
Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed in our college. Google, Amazon, Atlassian, and Accenture are top recruiting companies. Roles offered are SDE, intern, etc. The highest salary package offered is 62 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. The average salary package offered is 10 LPA. Around 10% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: All facilities are good. The infrastructure is also good. There is less space for sports and other co-curricular activities. The hostel is good. The food is good. We get a good meal 2 times a day. One time you have to manage, since it is not home, so not according to your choice.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and quite knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. However, students have to study on their own to pass any exam at this college. Semester exams are quite difficult and students can't get good marks by studying one day before. The passing percentage is around 20-30%. It depends on the batch performance.

Strong placements, excellent infrastructure, and comprehensive student support at JIIT.
Placements: Approximately 90 percent of students were placed overall, with the highest package of Rs 1 crore last year. This year, students are yet to be placed. The average package is 5-7 lacs; the lowest package was 2.83 lacs. Google, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Amazon, Adobe and JP Morgan are some of the top recruiting companies.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available 24 hours a day, and the password is provided by the institution with a data limit of 4 GB per day. There are different labs for different departments and courses, like the OS lab, the compiler design lab, the VLSI lab and many more. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned and give off the complete vibe of a good college. The library has all the books related to the courses offered as well as those in the field of research and technology that could be used.
Faculty: Teachers are good and are mainly from top institutes; they are definitely qualified and knowledgeable; however, teaching quality varies from teacher to teacher. Some are excellent with fewer years of experience and others are average even after great experience in the teaching field. However, they have complete industry information that is relevant for future jobs and perspectives. There are three exams (T1, T2 and T3) with 20, 20, and 35 marks, respectively. 25 marks are in the hands of teachers as teacher assessment. T1 is hard but you have to study relatively less; T2 is easier; and T3 is of medium level with a tremendous course.

Good College. It Will Give You Lots of Opportunities, But You Have to Work Hard.
Placements: The highest package is 85 Lacs, and the average package is 11 Lacs. Atlassian, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Accenture, and Infosys are the top recruiters. 99% of students get easily placed. B.Tech in CSE, ECE, and IT are the most demanded courses. 80 to 90% of students get internships easily.
Infrastructure: The campus has a 3-floor library with a high Wi-Fi connection and almost 20,000 books in it. Hostel facilities are awesome. You get AC services, laundry, and free gym access. An Olympic-size swimming pool is also available. Mess food is average, but you can have unlimited milk, as it is a highly nutritious drink.
Faculty: The curriculum is relevant. Exams are tough to pass, but they will lead you to focus more on your studies. Teachers are less helpful, and you will not get much help from them. Teachers are knowledgeable, but they don’t know how to properly engage students in the classroom.

College has experienced teachers and placements for the year 2024 were better than previous year.
Placements: Approximately, the highest salary package offered is 60 LPA-65 LPA, the average salary package offered is 8 LPA-9.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is less than 10 LPA. Companies like Samsung, and Crompton visit almost every year for just core electronics and communication field. A lot of companies visits every year for the IT sector students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of classrooms is decent and air-conditioners are available in classrooms. Library is also very good various types of books are available. Hostel rooms are good. Hygiene is maintained in mess as well as in canteen also. Food quality is good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and they are well qualified from well-known institutions like IITs and all. They have experience of teaching for more than 15 years. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Exams are not very tough. Pass percentage is not confirmed it may be around 25%-40%.
Other: Events and fest are conducted twice in year, but there are a lot of extracurricular hubs. The connectivity is very good, there are a lot of company offices near the college.

    Jaypee yha kbhi mat aana.
Placements: Around 90% of students were placed. However, placement is done jointly across four campuses, meaning you will be competing with 6,000+ students. MASS RECRUITERS take the maximum number of students, but Google and Microsoft have not come since 2012. They lied about their placement stats, claiming 90% of students got placed even if you only got placed in any company.
Infrastructure: You can roam around the college in just 15 minutes. There’s also a garden you can’t enter (WHY IS IT EVEN THERE). As I mentioned, you end up at JIIT with students who have JEE ranks of 1-1.5 lakh, hoping to go to IITs or NITs but ending up here. This campus (Sec - 62) doesn’t even have a football playground, and the timings for other sports activities are so bad that you might have to pay to use them.
Faculty: It’s the worst here. You have to come at least 6 days a week, NO HOLIDAY ON SATURDAY (lucky if your batch gets Saturdays off). Yes, no 2-day weekend. Even other private institutes give 2 days off. The workload increases with every passing semester, and if you compare it to other institutes, Jaypee has more workload than them.
Other: Recently, hostel fees have increased a lot. 1 lakh per semester! That’s basically paying 2 lakh per year just to stay at the hostel. Fests aren’t happening anymore; the last one was in 2020, then someone slapped the director, and after that, no fests happened. It’s really boring with no fests. Last time, Local Train came, but now nothing is happening. There are fines for everything now. Lastly, JIIT has become even worse than Amity. Don’t take admission here, it’s a complete waste of time. The placements aren’t great either.
