Q: How is the overall infrastructure of School of Distance Education?
A:
{Source: B.Sc. students & alumni]
The school of distance education has a relaxed atmosphere for girls, with no restrictions on their outside movements. There is a diverse range of sports facilities and additional expenses only include books. College events are limited, but the mess food is of acceptable quality and hygiene. Attendance policies are flexible, and rule breakers receive warnings. The college culture is inclusive, with support staff speaking the local language. The majority of students are from the home state, and there is no reported discrimination. Academically, the schedule is moderate with easy exam preparation using the textbook. Teaching methodologies focus on lectures, and research resources are well-stocked. Security measures include guards and CCTV cameras, and outsiders can enter the campus without permission. Ragging is strictly prohibited, and students must obtain permission to leave the hostel premises. Overall, the college provides accessible transportation options and a welcoming environment for all students.
Based on the five reviews provided, the overall infrastructure of the college appears to be mixed. Some reviewers have praised the college's infrastructure, mentioning that the classrooms are neat and clean, the labs are well-equipped and there are adequate sports facilities available. My university is my pride.
Placements: 25 percent of students were placed this year, with the highest package being 5 lakh per annum and the lowest package at 1 lakh per annum. The companies recruiting students include Maruti Suzuki, Surya, Cona, etc. The top roles offered include project manager for one of my friends.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my university is very good, featuring well-equipped labs and a well-organized library for students to study and borrow books. There are also smart classrooms. The university campus is quite large, containing various grounds and courts for sports like cricket, football, basketball, tennis, etc.
Faculty: The teachers at my university are very helpful and highly qualified. They not only teach students but also motivate them to pursue their dreams. The exams are not very difficult because the teachers teach effectively, and the pass percentage of my university is 85 to 90 percent.
Other: I chose this course because I have had an interest in experiments and inventions since my school days. I completed my 12th grade in the science stream and chose this course to complete my graduation.

Jo reality thi, maine woh reviews diye hain.
Placements: Students placed in my course are above 75-80%. The highest package in my course is 300,000, and the lowest package is 80,000. Students received internships in my course at above 70%. Placements are mostly in average companies; opportunities in good companies are very limited. Other colleges have higher placement rates, in my opinion.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good, but sometimes the Wi-Fi does not work well. In my hostel, the facilities are good, but the food quality in the mess is not satisfactory. Medical facilities are also good. The rooms are decent, and the washrooms are clean. Inside the room, there is a chair, a table, a cupboard, and a bed.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good. When we have any doubts about our syllabus, we can go and ask the teachers, and they explain clearly. My exams are conducted yearly, and there are also internal assessments. Practical sessions are held in the lab, and classes are regular. The teachers are very friendly with the students.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to prepare for government exams while also completing my degree.

Placements: Placements were good. 60% of the students in our course were placed. The highest package was 6 lacs per annum, and the minimum package was 3 lacs per annum. The recruitment companies were average. 70% of the students were offered internships in our course.
Infrastructure: Our college had good facilities and infrastructure. The departments had labs, classrooms, and a library. The hostel facilities were good, with good quality food, mess, and canteen. Medical facilities, sports, and games were also available.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and their teaching quality was good. The course curriculum was relevant and prepared students for the industry. The semester exams were difficult but not too difficult, and the passing percentage was 35 percent.
Other: I had heard about this college from a friend. Since I had a Maths background, I chose Maths as my B.Sc. major.

It is a great college to study in.
Placements: Placements were not good in our college but the education provided was very good.
Infrastructure: Many Wi-Fi connections were available in our college. Classrooms were good and cleaned regularly. It had a huge library. Hostel was not available in our college. Mess, canteen, medical facilities, sports, and games facilities were very good.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were good and helpful but were strict. There were two teachers to provide coaching to students. I scored 78% in academics.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to complete my graduation to be eligible for the UPSC exam. There were 125 students in our batch.

College is good; those students who want to take admission, just go and take admission.
Placements: 10 percent of students got placements. The lowest package was ₹2,00,000, and the highest package was ₹5,00,000, with the average package being ₹3,40,000. Recruitment companies came and hired students, and almost 10 to 15 percent of students got internships from good companies.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of the college, labs, classrooms, and library were good. The quality of the facilities in the hostel was nice, and the quality of food available in the mess was good. The canteen was nice as well. The medical facilities, sports, and games had many kinds of options.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and their teaching quality was good. The curriculum was relevant and made the students industry-ready. The semester exams in the college were good. The pass percentage was 33 percent, which is good.
Other: I was looking for graduation and I was good in maths, that's why I chose this course.
