My Kalinga University review.
Placements: At the start of the 5th Semester, in the third year, students are eligible for on-campus placement drives. At the end of 2nd-semester, the placement cell conducts training. They improve communication skills, dressing sense, and many other things so that students can grab more placement opportunities. Approximately 95% of students get placed on on-campus placements. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. The college placement cell helps students get internships as it has the best alumni network across the world. Roles offered by companies depend on your knowledge and skills.
Infrastructure: College conducts many events every year like a fresher party, technical events, sports events, Garba night, etc., so that students can enjoy their college life. Campus is very big with a lot of greenery inside the campus. Inside campus, there are a lot of facilities provided for students like 24/7 Wi-Fi, a cafeteria, canteen, big playground area, indoor sports, etc. Labs and classrooms are well-maintained and well-furnished. Facilities provided for the hosteler are quite good.
Faculty: Kalinga has the best teachers compared to other private colleges. Many of them are foreign returns. All teachers are masters in their subjects. The teaching style is excellent. They teach you in a systematic way so that students can understand the concept easily rather than learning bookish knowledge. Kalinga is a university, so semester exams are conducted inside the campus. Checking of the question paper is done by the college teacher but that doesn't mean you pass the exams without study. College conducts many exams before semester exams. The internal marks depend on the college exams.

One of the finest colleges of my life.
Placements: Placement is good, and I got placed in a company. I wanted to enter the litigation field. If you are not placed by this college, you can start your career at any time and at any age. There is no limitation to this career. The placement package offered by our college is 7 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: There are 4 different hostels at IIM Calcutta for MBA students. Some are old, and some are new. Facilities at the newer hostels are better. MBA is a residential program, so everyone is allotted a hostel and a single room. The hostel you receive is based on random allotment.
Faculty: The course curriculum is very good. The exam pattern is also good. For enhancing the course structure, it may affect the duration, and people may lose interest. The teaching method is good. Lecturers do their tasks not as duty but as dedication and contribution to student life.

Reality of Kalinga University.
Placements: About 90% of students got admission in this B.Com course at Kalinga University, indicating a high chance of admission. The lowest package may be 2 lakhs per annum and the highest package may be 8 lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies include HDFC Bank, Mahindra, ICICI Bank, Vedanta, and many more.
Infrastructure: Kalinga University boasts modern and unique infrastructure surrounded by greenery, providing a beautiful environment with free Wi-Fi internet, modern labs, AC classrooms, and what I think is the biggest library. Separate hostels are available for both girls and boys, along with mess and canteen facilities.
Faculty: The faculty is well-educated and well-qualified. They are very friendly and cooperative, also organizing various industrial visits to provide real knowledge of ground work. The semester exams are straightforward; each semester sees changes in all subjects, with each subject containing only five units.
Other: I chose this course due to my interest in banking and financial services, and only Kalinga University offers this unique course.

Kalinga is the best university.
Placements: At the end of the 5th semester, students are eligible for on-campus placement drives. The placement cell of the college is amazing. Our faculty members are highly qualified and dedicated to our placements. Approximately 90% of students get placed on on-campus placements. Placements depend on your knowledge and skills. Our college only helps by giving guidance, and the rest of the work is done by students like cracking aptitude tests, coding rounds, etc. Roles offered by companies depend on your skills, course, and criteria set for the job.
Infrastructure: The campus is very big with a lot of facilities provided inside like a playground area, 24/7 Wi-Fi with good speed internet, a cafeteria for students to hangout with their friends in their free time, and a separate library for all academic buildings. Classrooms and labs are well-maintained and well-equipped. Facilities provided for the hosteler are quite amazing. The quality of the mess food is good.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and experienced. Many of them are foreign return teachers and all are Ph.D. holders. The teaching style is very systematic so that every student can understand the topic easily. The bond between students and teachers is friendly so that student can ask their doubts without any hesitation. Kalinga is a university, so exams are conducted inside the campus but that doesn't mean you pass exams without studying. Every year, there are two-semester exams. If you clear both semester exams with minimum back criteria set by the university, you can get the next year of your course. Otherwise, you have to repeat that year. Semester exams are very difficult. If you attempt college exams and score good marks, you can easily clear semester exams with a good percentage. If you top in the class or branch, you will get a topper award. The topper award will be given every year for all courses.
