Basic eligibility to apply for a seat for M.Com in university of Kerala is that candidate should be a graduate having done either a B.Com or BBA in graduation. 80% of the total seats would be reserved for candidates with B.Com.

I liked to participate the college programs.
Placements: Students are eligible to sit for placement in their final year. The college has a good reputation with employers, and companies like Google, Accenture, Oracle, and Rippling come to campus to hire students. The average salary package is around 12-15 lakhs, and Oracle recently offered a 64-lakh package.
Infrastructure: The rooms are good and there is an accommodation facility for all the students. New hostels like Lakshmi Bai Hostel are under construction to meet the needs. There is no requirement for PG. One room is shared by 3 students. A bed and a table are provided. Every floor is provided with a large common bathroom that has four bathrooms and 4 toilets. There is a common room or a TV room. WiFi has been provided. The room also has cupboards.
Faculty: Some subjects, such as accountancy and tax, are challenging, but the skills I've acquired, such as effective communication, problem solving, decision making, and report writing, will be valuable in my career.

Better facilities are provided.
Placements: Approximately 85 percent of students were placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 13.5 lacks per annum and lowest salary package offered is 2.4 lacks per annum. Many recruiting companies like Wipro, TCS etc visited our college. Few students got internship outside of college.
Infrastructure: Better infrastructure and facilities are available like wifi, labs, library separate departments and classrooms, food etc are available in our college. Mess and canteen is very clean and hygienic. Medical kit is available at emergency situations, sports and events are included.
Faculty: Lectures are very helpful. They are well qualified and having good knowledge in teaching. The teaching quality is excellent which makes us to get good score in exams. Our course is curriculum relevant. Exams are bit difficult we have to study. Passing percentage is 45 percent.

Average facilities but somewhat helps us to build our mentality to another perspective.
Placements: I opted for a Master of Commerce with Finance as electives. There were 150 students in my class from various parts of Kerala. During the second year, there were few recruiters, with Dhanalakshmi Bank being the main one, which hired 8 of my classmates with an average package of 25,000. Twelve students secured internships with 2-3 companies in Technopark, Trivandrum.
Infrastructure: The classes were average, and we often had to borrow chairs from other departments for additional seating. The library facilities were excellent, offering a wide range of resources and references. Hostel facilities were a disappointment, and most friends from other districts had to rent rooms as paying guests outside the campus with more affordable facilities. The food from the canteen was somewhat okay.
Faculty: The faculty members were excellent, though we only had limited interaction due to the COVID-19 situation. They were highly knowledgeable. The curriculum was relevant, but some aspects, like the accounting systems, were outdated, requiring us to refer to additional resources for updates. Exam results were delayed, sometimes taking up to 5 months, making the process time-consuming.
Other: I chose this course to advance my career in the finance sector, and it somewhat provided exposure. The major improvements I would suggest include updating bookkeeping and accounting techniques to include software-based classes and introducing online market trend analysis and trading. The campus connectivity was excellent, and we had the opportunity to learn about various cultures. Extracurricular activities were limited, with a few expos and fests. Overall, it was an average experience.

Faculty members are very good in teaching.
Placements: Approximately 70 percent of students were placed. More than 10 percent pf students got internship with the good salary package of 14.5 lacks per annum and the lowest salary package of 3.4 lacks per annum. More than 15 companies have visited our college with the highest knowledge.
Infrastructure: Excellent infrastructure and good facilities like Wi-Fi with unlimited access, labs with advanced equipments, classrooms are well cleaned. Food quality is good and mess is very hygienic, medical emergency kit is available at emergency situations. Sports are conducted.
Faculty: Faculty members are very kind and good in teaching. They are having good knowledge in teaching and explaining. Our course is not curriculum relevant. Exams are very easy, if we study daily to get good marks. The passing percentage is 50 percent in our college.

Absolutely amazing facilities with top-class faculty members.
Placements: Approximately half of our graduation class got placements, with an average yearly salary ranging from 4 to 6 LPA. The highest package available was around 10 LPA per year. Those looking for internships found prospects, with over 40% of interested students getting work. Various responsibilities were available depending on the nature of the projects in our courses.
Infrastructure: Our college has every facility available and excellent infrastructure. Labs are available for work, and there is Wi-Fi throughout. Along with a large library, the classrooms are also excellent, allowing us to learn at our own pace. While my buddies live in dorms, I do not attend classes there. All items are accessible at the canteen, and the food is of decent quality. A dedicated space for sports and entertainment is provided, along with a variety of medical facilities. Sports programs are organized on our campus as well.
Faculty: Teachers are excellent; they deliver effective notes. They conduct at least four internal exams between semesters, and semester exams are held every six months. Every semester, 87% of our students pass the courses because the syllabus is virtuous, brief, and aligned with the core field.

Satisfied with the College and course.
Placements: The College boasts excellent facilities and a remarkable placement record, with 59% of students being placed in high-paying companies. The course offers a wide range of opportunities, with the highest package reaching 4 to 5 lacs per annum and the lowest package being 1.5 or 40k. Additionally, the college conducts both unpaid and paid internships to provide valuable practical experience to its students.
Infrastructure: The hostel amenities are extremely rudimentary and fall below the average standard. The amount of money we paid does not justify the quality of service provided. The cleanliness of the washrooms is subpar as they are not properly maintained. The rooms are equipped with basic necessities such as a cot and a fan, but they lack proper furnishings. On a positive note, the medical facilities within the campus and college are commendable.
Faculty: Certain faculty members are exceptionally supportive in their teaching approach and prioritize student assistance. These educators possess over 5+ years of teaching experience, enabling them to deliver high-quality instruction. Moreover, they hold a Master's degree as their qualification. The course offered is highly relevant to future prospects, presenting numerous opportunities for students. However, passing the course can be challenging, as evidenced by the fact that only 67% of students have successfully cleared their semester exams.

Yes, it is quite easy to get admission in Institute of Management in Kerala, University of Kerala. You just nee to clear the KMAT Entrance Exam with good score which is easier than CAT Exam. Being a Government Institute it requires KMAT score to allow admission .
