Some of the King George's Medical University (KGMU) collaborations are All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhopal, University of British Columbia, B. P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Nepal, Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Centre, Command Hospital, Central Command, Lucknow, Community Eye Bank, CSIR-CIMAP, Lucknow, Cure International India Trust (CIIT), Energy Resources Institute, New Delhi and the TERI University, New Delhi, and others.

The fee structure of BSc courses at KGMU includes multiple components, such as tuition fees, application fees, admission fees, hostel fees, and various other one-time charges. The total tuition fees for BSc courses range from INR 48,000 to INR 3 lakh. KGMU UP NEET cutoff 2024 was released in the form of opening and closing cutoff ranks. The cutoff was released for admission to MBBS course, for different categories under Home State quota. KGMU NEET UG cutoff 2024 has been concluded for admission to the MBBS and BDS courses. For KGMU, round 4 was the last-round for BDS. For MBBS, round 3 was the concluding round for the General AI category students seeking admission in 2024. As per the KGMU MBBS cutoff 2024, the latest (last-round) cutoff was 2059. To get admission into KGMU throught UP NEET exam, student must target the rank as per the cutoff list. As per the cutoff, the closing rank for General Home State category stood at 3484. Among the OBC HS category the last round closing rank was 3665. For SC Home State, ST Home State and PWD Home State category candidates also, the cutoff ranks were lenient than 3000. Therefore, it is possible to get admission into KGMU through UP NEET rank of 3000.

Candidates seeking for admission to MBBS at KGMU Lucknow must pass Class 12 with minimum 50% aggregate as the minimum eligibility criteria for General category candidtaes. There is a five percent relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC categories.

KGMU offers admission to PG courses such as MD and MS, on the basis of NEET PG and UP NEET PG. To get admission in KGMU through NEET PG, the General AI category student must attain the neccessary rank. KGMU NEET PG cutoff 2024 was closed between 143 and 112030.
