Q:   Is it worth pursuing BBA at Magadh University?

A:
{Source: BBA students & alumni}

Based on the reviews and feedback from current and former students, here are some key points to consider:

Teaching Quality: The teaching quality is good, with highly qualified and knowledgeable professors. However, some students felt that the faculty members could improve their communication skills.

Curriculum and Industry Readiness: The course curriculum is up-to-date, and the university tries to prepare students for the industry through events and seminars. However, some students felt that the curriculum is too theoretical and lacks practical application.

Placements: While some students reported getting placed, others stated that the placement record is poor, with most students opting for off-campus placements or higher education instead.

Infrastructure and Facilities: The infrastructure is relatively good, with air-conditioned classrooms, labs, and libraries. However, some students complained about issues with Wi-Fi connectivity and availability of basic amenities like water and cold water freezers.

Overall Experience: Students seemed to appreciate the academic experience, citing supportive teachers and a good learning environment. However, some expressed disappointment with the lack of campus life, limited extracurricular activities, and slow pace of academics.

Recommendation: Considering these factors, pursuing a BBA at Magadh University might be suitable for those who prioritize affordability and a strong academic foundation. Others mention that while companies may visit, the number of placements offered is small. Only a handful of students reportedly secure internships, and these opportunities are often self-initiated.

Teaching Quality: Despite limitations in placements, the majority of reviewers praise the teaching quality, stating that professors are knowledgeable, experienced, and willing to help students. Some highlight that the course curriculum is relevant and helps prepare students for industry demands.

Good for appearing in exam without any financial burden.
Placements: There is no placement opportunity provided by the college, neither there is any internship opportunity. There is no such department of placement. However, students prepare themselves for various exams. The college will not come handy if you are looking for preparing for UPSC. It will be much better if you fully depend on your own than expecting any job prospects from the college.
Infrastructure: The college I studied, there is one building and every office and classroom is with in there. Classrooms are there but the benches are of Mughal era. There is no such thing like Wi-Fi or the internet exist. There is no hostel facility as the college is filled with mostly local students so even no need. No one attends classes.
Faculty: I don't know if there are teachers. The college is only for filling the forms appearing in the exam and getting the degree. I don't know what is in the curriculum as I just passed the exam. Most of the student do the same. You will go and will do the same. These are the ghost colleges existing in our country, giving degrees everybody and wasting taxpayers money as contributing nothing to the economy. However, one plus point is you will get full freedom and can prepare for other exams without any burden.
Other: Scholarships are available and given by the Bihar Government.

Infrastructure: Hostel is provided for both girls and boys at about negligible fee. Wi-fi of Good and secured connection is available in this university. In hostel food is available but quality is average. Medical facilities are very good in this university. At the I want to tell infrastructure is average.
Faculty: Under Madagh university Teacher selection is good but they do not want to give their best the students . During exam period all question are in written format. You have to write at least 500-600 word for single question. There are total 10 questions.
Other: Campus of Magadh university is big and crowded .
