My experience at MACET so far.

Placements: The college has its own training and placement cell which trains students and helps students to find jobs. Last year, more than 70% students got placed. Most of students got a decent placement with the overall average package being above 6LPA. Reliance and HCL are among the top recruiting companies.

Infrastructure: The college is good in terms of infrastructure. New blocks are being built. Classes have smart board and Wi-Fi facilities. MACET has a large auditorium to host functions and events. Large football and cricket grounds are there. Canteens, cafes and medical facilities are also there.

Faculty: All faculty members are very experienced. They teach in a very interactive way. You may have sometimes burden of assignments but they are doable. The faculty members are very supportive so you can ask for help even outside the regular class hour. There are three exams taken in each semester.

Other: The college provides value for money with all the facilities and decent placement.

More than 60% of the students got placed from college in the current batch.

Placements: Placements for the 2015-17 batch is still on. Almost 60% of the students are placed so far. The highest salary package offered is 14 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. It all depends on your talent. Some of the top global recruiters include Amazon, Apple, BCG, Deloitte, JP Morgan, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, etc. On the other hand, the top Indian recruiting companies are Tata Consultancy Services, Reliance, Cognizant, Wipro, ICICI Bank, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college has all the necessary infrastructure facilities but there is no library, sports area, or cafeteria. The place is good and hygienic. Bathrooms are not clean and the water supply should be improved. We also have the facility to offer Namaz in the college, and the washroom over there is only clean.

Faculty: All the professors in our department are excellent and talented. They teach very well. The study curriculum is fine but they should keep an eye on the productivity of their students. Our last semester was very tough, and in that semester only 50% of students passed.

Other: The best thing about our college is our teaching faculty members. Their way of teaching is more energetic. All the non-teaching staff is also very cooperative. Overall the location of the college and their facilities are good.But it would be better if they provide a sports area and a cafeteria.

This college is good because of college faculty and fees structure.

Placements: The college has provided placement in the last 2-3 years, and many students are getting placed in startup companies. But the college is still required to work on a placement. If the college works on that, trust me, this college will get best option in patna and Bihar And I hope that the college will take this matter seriously; then the students of this college will also get the benefit of being close to NIT Patna and IIT Patna.

Infrastructure: The college's infrastructure is adequate, with five buildings. There are non-air-conditioned classrooms. Wifi facilities are available in the library. The electricity condition is good, but the college is not providing a hostel. One canteen is available on the college campus, but food quality is below average.

Faculty: The faculty of the college is good and responsible; regular classes are running on time. Every batch has different mentors, and mentoring deeply is running on time generally. But yes, the industry is not ready; there are many reasons for this; the syllabus is old, and hence it becomes a bit difficult for the faculty.

I am dissatisfied with placements in 2022.

Placements: Only 2 students got placed in HCL in our batch 2022, and the salary package offered is very low, i.e., only 3 LPA. Our college is not inviting companies for hiring. Students have to look for off-campus hiring. It is worse for students because they expect our college to give placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good. We have libraries, a canteen, labs for all departments, and mechanical workshops. We have plenty of computers in the mechanical workshop. The college environment is naturally airy and spacious. Our college conducts a sports fest every year.

Faculty: The curriculum and syllabus are updated. The university is very responsive. About 5 CGPA is mandatory to pass each semester exam. Otherwise, students will not pass that semester, which leads to making students studious. In the university, only good students with high scores. The difficulty level in semester exams is moderate.

Average college but the best in Patna after IIT and NIT.

Placements: The placement of the college is quite nice and the college is constantly improving by taking many initiatives like a placement cell. Now many companies like Tata, TCS, Wipro and many other IT companies and other companies visited the campus and selected the students. The maximum placement was approximately 4 to 5 lakhs.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good and the college is vast. It has all the necessary features like a library, sports and all that to get all round education. The college has no Wi-Fi. For good and healthy mind, food is most important and for that, the college has its proper kind where all kinds of food and stuff are available at a cheap price. The classroom is quite large and can easily accommodate all the student comfort of each branch. The college has quality labs to ensure a good practical knowledge, especially for civil and mechanical branches.

Faculty: The faculty members are good. One of the physics teachers, Md Rafi, is from IIT Guwahati and is very strict in terms of rules. All the teachers are knowledgeable and have a Masters degree with many years of experience in their respective fields. All of them are cooperative and help students to sort out their problems.

Other: The college does not have a gym, Wi-Fi and air-conditioned classrooms. The college is free from ragging although some seniors may call you to give introductions which are normal. But sometimes, they will humiliate you. Overall, the college is good for studying but the environment is not the best for good students. The college tries its best to give students proper education and you find might it interesting if you interact with teachers.
