MATS University offers a total of 210 seats in its B.Tech program, spread across 5 specializations which are Computer Science, Aeronautical, Civil, Mechanical and Mining Engineering. The batch size of each specialisation is as follows:

The Merit Scholarship at MATS University is purely based on the student's performance in the qualifying exam exams.
