Placements: The placements are very nice, and I got placed in a mechanical software company in the campus placements. Various companies like Wipro, Mercedes Benz, Tata, JSW Steel, JCB, Faurecia Interiors come for placements. Placement office coordinators are very supportive. There are good placements for computer, and almost 90% placements are there for IT department and 70% for mechanical.
Placements: The placements are good but as there is saturation package offered is reduced which is same across India. The average package which is offered is 3.5 LPA. Almost 70% of the people were placed in our batch. Earlier it was 85-90%. CSE students have a good opportunity, mechanical has an average, and other branches have below average placements.
Placements: The placements were good on the campus. Almost 75% of the students got placed. The highest salary offered was 12 LPA, and the lowest was 2 LPA. Internship from college is poor though. There is a placement cell, which helps a lot. The companies which had come here offered the various types of jobs like IT engineering, managerial roles, etc.
Placements: Around 70% of Computer branch students used to placed every year then ENTC branch with around 50% and then the other branches used to come like IT, ETX, Mechanical, Chemical and Civil Engineering. And around 100 of company used to visit every year with great package.
Placements: The placement system is all trash in MIT WPU. Very few numbers of companies came for the placement and providing a very low amount of salary to the students of MIT. The college guarantees placement but it is all just for show for the parents who are going to admit their ward.
Placements: Placement record for petroleum course is very good as there is the highest package of 18 lakh rupees offered by ONGC to 8 students this year. Exon mobile, Accenture oil and many companies visited our college for placement and approximately 30-40% students got placed every year.
Placements: The placements are good in MITSOM. Almost, 90 to 95 percent of the students get placed with an average package of 4.5 lacs per annum. Also, they provide summer internships for students from the first year. MIT also provides you 100% placement assistance. MIT is a brand name, and it is very famous for its placements.
Placements: Placements are good and there is a record of placing almost each and every student. The placement head and the department are really good and they are very helpful. Communicating with the placements department is really fun. Students also get the opportunity of being appointed as the member of placement department and he also gets the opportunity to experience the corporate world.
Placements: I am from mechanical branch and the placements are above average for last 2 to 3 years. Till date from June in total of 40 companies has visited the campus and out of which around 25 were core companies which includes companies like Mercedes Benz, Perkins, Tetrapack, Thermax, Eaton, Jcb, Kilroskar Pumps and many more. The average package is around 3.5 Lacs and the highest package is 8.5 LPA for perkins. The job offers were for different roles such as R & D, Design, Sales, Data analyst, Marketing...
Placements: Placements in MIT is average. I. e. not so good as many companies go only to the colleges that are old and have tie-ups with those companies. During my tenure at college, many reputed companies like Infosys, Capgemini, Zomato, Cognizant came for campus placement and a good amount of my batchmates who applied for the interview got selected.
Placements: Placement for the core companies are a little difficult but achievable. A lot of core as well as IT companies visit the campus. Placement during 2015-16 is close to 100% with gain recruiters like Mercedes, Google, ACG, Mahindra come at the start of placement. All the major IT companies like Accenture, IBM, Infosys, Cognizant recruit in large numbers. So even if you won't be able to crack the core companies mass recruiters come to your aid. For year 2015-16 there were more than 100 IT companies a...
Placements: Placement to senior batch was astonishing. Many companies from Pune and nearby came to recruit students. The highest package was near about 12 Lacs. Every year the average is the same to recruit rhe candidates. This time the intake was more so ir benfitted the students alot.
Placements: There is no turn-up of companies still for placements. I don't think the college provides placements for BBA computer applications group. They usually make students attend pool campus placements. People who seek job right after graduation won't think of taking admission over here. Moreover, attending a pool campus drive can be done from any college; you don't need to pay such lumpsum fees for that. They don't even provide internships for our course. I think the college is managed by Pune Univers...
Placements: Lots of companies visiting the college, but this year, bulk companies took fewer students. Some companies are not good at selecting the students, but some companies have lots of rounds to select the student. The college tries to give more companies to a student, but they have done their work to get the percentage above 70.
Placements: A good placement cell. Tie-ups with many MNCs and other renowned universities. Companies like L&T, Amazon, TCS, HSBC, ITC and many more recently showed up for the placements. 90% of the students who were eligible for the placement were placed. Average annual package is around 2.0 to 5.0 Lacs. Roles such as operations manager, HR manager, Logistics and Supply Chains Management, etc. Were the roles offered during the placements.
Placements: MIT has always maintained its great records of placement. Normally, IT and consultancy companies give the highest package. The average placement package is around 3.5 LPA with the highest up to 18 LPA. The mechanical students struggle for placement. Most of the placements are done in mass recruiters.
Placements: The placement was average although few top MNCs visited our campus like Wipro, Accenture, Infosys. The average package was 3-5 LPA The placement cell of the college was very coordinating. They even helped students in off campus drives. For CSE n IT students the placed percentage student was 80% and for other branches it was 40%.
Placements: MITSOM is known for the good placement. Whereas college tries hard to bring good companies for the students. Average package for MBA is 4 Lacs for MBA the highest package is 12 Lacs which was given by Amazon 100% placement is not seen in MIT. Intake of students have been raised so I doubt placement percentage will decrease.
Placements: The placements were decent with bulk recruiters like Cognizant and TCS providing around 3.2-3.5 LPA while Delloite and Microsoft are giving around 8-10 LPA. The companies start coming for the students around the second semester of 3rd year and give the high opportunity to the students to appear for the interview from early on.
Placements: The placements for mechanical students are more than 80%. All those who do not get placed are only those who don't want to, and that can be said only for mechanical. The other branches of petroleum have low placement percentage. The minimum package that was offered is 3.2 LPA, and the maximum package was 4.5 LPA by Jindal Steel Corporations, and 6-7 people were selected by JSW. Many companies visited for the recruitment drive like MU Sigma, JSW, Continental Automotive, and many more. There were ...
