My experience at the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
Placements: The placement record at the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda was very good. Of the total number of students who appeared for placements, 75% were able to secure a job outside the campus. Some students even secured a job at the university itself. The institutes that came for placements were good, and the overall placement experience was great.
Infrastructure: The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda provides us with a number of facilities, which include libraries, computer labs, and a pavilion for sports. Wi-Fi facilities were available throughout the college. Classrooms have enough infrastructure, which includes tables and benches, black boards, etc.
Faculty: The teachers were indeed very helpful and were well qualified and knowledgeable. Their quality of teaching was way too good as compared to other colleges. The course curriculum was good. The exams were difficult if we don't study otherwise, the concepts were made clear in the lectures and if we have any other doubt, the teachers were ready to help.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in mathematics. The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda provided the perfect environment for me to pursue my passion. The faculty were very approachable and were ready to help at any point in time. They taught for the required time and also gave us time for sports and extracurricular activities.

Our college is good in everything.
Placements: As students of the department of mathematics, we are not getting placements but other departments' students get their placements at good places. Many students from other departments get their placements in good places and good salary packages also. So placements are good in our college.
Infrastructure: Our college's infrastructure is based on an old palace but still, it is good and well maintained. The hostel is also good. All buildings of departments have good infrastructure. The hostel building is also good, clean, and clear. We have Wi-Fi in the hostel and in college.
Faculty: In our college, the faculty members are too much knowledgeable and supportive. Especially, our mathematics department faculty members are too kind and humble. In semester exams, the passing percentage is good in our department. Teachers work hard for students to get good knowledge.
Other: In our college, different kinds of activities like an open house, sports competitions, day celebrations, etc., are conducted.

Review of MSU - The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
Placements: There are no placements in my course because it is M.Sc. in mathematics, which is not a job-oriented course. We have to find a job on our own. Chemistry students can get good packages.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very nice. The department is not that good. The teaching quality is fabulous.I can spend my whole day in classes. The hostel is good with all the necessary facilities. It has quite good and spacious rooms. Each room is allotted for 3 persons.
Faculty: The teachers are knowledgeable. They are very well-qualified. They are very humble and down-to-earth. Most of them are available for any kind of help and guidance. Exams are quite boring as the schedule is not followed properly.

The college had everything which a student thinks for his college life.
Placements: Here, the study is not to get placements but for a good future in Mathematics. Many of my seniors are pursuing PhD from various institutes like IISER, IIT, NIT, and in the foreign universities like in USA, Hungary, and Germany. Here, the teaching is never job-oriented, but they teach us how to learn not how to earn.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good enough for study. All the labs are air-conditioned. The whole campus and hostels are enabled with the free Wi-Fi facility. There is a free health centre for students, and there is a pavilion for sports. There is a swimming pool also. Library facility is very good. Every department has its library. Apart from that, there is also a central library.
Faculty: The course is very good and is according to UGC norms. All the teachers are PhD holders and have a minimum experience of 10-years (at least in my department). When I left, there were 15 official teachers and five teaching assistants. Official teachers include four professors, eight associate professors, and three assistant professors.
Other: Every year, the university has the youth festival, and apart from it, every faculty has its one-week festivals and other festivals like Navratri, Holi, and Diwali are celebrated grandly. University had railway station and bus station at five minutes walking distance. University provides scholarship for financially weak students. It is based only on the student's performance. It has nothing to do with reservation kind of thing. If you are not financially good and are very good in studies, the university gives back full fee.
