Know about The maharaja sayajirao university of baroda ( The MSU of baroda).
Placements: There is almost no placement for B.Pharma, but MPHARM has 100% placement. Hiring companies are Cipla, Tornat Pharma, Zydus, and Alembic, and they provide a starting salary of 3.6 to 4.8 LPA. After B.Pharma, you can get a job in a pharmacy or hospital offered by faculty.
Infrastructure: The faculty is sufficient as per the strength of the students. You will get free Wi-Fi. There is the H.M. library, which is very big; it has around 13 lacs of books and a and a good reading hall with AC. There are good facilities for sports, like a cricket group, a running group, a swimming pool, and a gym. They have their own hostel with the lowest cost.
Faculty: Teachers in every department are Ph.D.s and have good teaching skills. They are helpful and interactive with students. There are a total of 8 semesters there. They conduct 2 internal and 1 external theory exam and 1 internal and 1 external practical exam. I sometimes find it difficult when they end all the syllabus in the very short term, so it becomes hard to manage study and exams.
Other: I like the pharmacy field, so I have chosen this course. The MSU is a very good college, having a 16th rank by NAAC. You can also get scholarships, like digital Gujarat, and some fellowships.

MSU is an amazing university to complete your degree.
Placements: I have studied pharmacy at the faculty of pharmacy at Maharaja Sayajirao University. The placement is not done after covid. But professors give your reference to the industries and you can get interview calls. All students got internships from the faculty which is kind of proud.
Infrastructure: The faculty is kind of old at Kirtisthambh. We have a techno campus, Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms with projectors, etc., and other good facilities. The campus is right in the center of the Vadodara city, so even if you don't want to go to the canteen, you have lots of other options outside of the campus for lunch or dinner or snacks.
Faculty: The curriculum at the faculty is more academic but events like scintilla, pharma marathon, etc., are organised. NSS activities are also done at the faculty. Semester exams are not that difficult for a student who pay attention to their studies.
Other: Maharaja Sayajirao University is a known and valuable university all over India. Where the faculty of pharmacy comes in the top 10 in pharmacy studies. So I am lucky enough to be a former student of the faculty of pharmacy.

One of the best universities in terms of teaching and placements in Gujarat.
Placements: Top notch firms like sunpharma, cadilla, zydus came for the placements and offered good packages to the students. The highest package offered was around 4 Lacs and the lowest was 1.5 Lacs per annum. Placements needs to be improved as 1.5 Lacs per annum is not sufficient in today world.
Infrastructure: Some of the buildings are quiet old and needs to be repaired. Also, labs and other classrooms needs to be updated with the latest machines and equipments. However, the equipments that are there are still functional. You will get some of the best dishes around the university and not at all expensive.
Faculty: The best part of this university are the faculty members teaching in each department. Almost all permanent faculty members are having Ph.D. in their field and a lot of research paper published under their name in international journals. We did get to visit industry but it was just for a day. This could be improved by assigning industry projects of 2 or 3 weeks.

Quality education without a great infrastructure.
Placements: Placements were above average. Reliance, TCS, Ceat Tyres, Alembic were among the top recruiters. I guess the highest package was around Rs. 7-8 lakhs PA and the lowest was Rs. 3 lakhs PA. Roles were specific to the fields of the students. Internship was not compulsory but some people did it but it was not paid.
Infrastructure: MSU is a government college so it lacks in good infrastructure. But facilities provided inside are quite good including Wi-Fi, sports, and other things. The food was below average but it was compensated by Nescafe's Maggi and coffee. I personally didn't encounter any problem due to infrastructure.
Faculty: All the faculty members of my department were excellent. They were good in their professions and also, they had patents to their name. They used good teaching methods which included projector, practical training, etc. The student to faculty ratio was approximately 15:1. We had an industrial visit in our final year of the program.

It is the best college with good teachers.
Placements: i passed B.Pharmacy in 2022 from Maharaja Sayajirao Gaikwad University. Almost 90% of students got placed in our course. The best salary package offered was 15 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 10 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Emcure, Cipla, etc. Cipla offered 13 LPA. I was very satisfied with its placements.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was good. This was the best college not only in Vadodara but in entire Gujarat. It has hostels, playgrounds, best quality food, high speed Wi-Fi. Best medical facilities were provided. Games, extracurricular activities, etc., were also the best.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were intellectual and good. The quality of teaching was also very good. Semester exams were moderate, and based on how to work ahead. The passing percentage was 60% and all the students got pass. This was the best college for students. I love MSU.

Don't worry it matters for a government seat, not for the private seats. Attend the counselling, during that you will get an offer from any private colleges for B.Pharm seat.
