Nims University conducts NIMSEE (Nims Entrance Exam) for admission to various courses like Science, Nursing, Business & Management Studies, Engineering, IT & Software, Teaching & Education, Arts (Fine/ Visual/Performing), Law, Accounting & Commerce, Medicine & Health Sciences, and Design.
The registrations for NIMSEE 2017 are now over. The last date to register for the exam was May 21, 2017. The exam was conducted on May 28, 2017. The dates for NIMSEE 2018 will be announced soon by the officials.
- JEE Main scores will be accepted for admission to Integrated BTech and BTech.
- MTech admissions will be granted on the basis of GATE scores
- Admission to the MBA programme is done on the basis of merit in CAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT
Candidates who have not appeared for the above exams can appear for the University’s entrance test.
- Admission to BArch will be granted only on the basis of scores obtained in NATA.
- For admission to MBBS & BDS programs, candidates need to have a valid NEET score.
Candidates willing to apply, must ensure that they check the eligibility. Authorities will reject applications that do not comply by the eligibility criteria.
Candidates must note that the eligibility varies from course to course. Thus, it is important to check the eligibility of the course for which the candidate is applying to.

Candidates can apply for NIMSEE by visiting the official website Nims University. The last date to apply for the exam was May 21, 2017, and application process is now over.
The application fee is Rs 500.
The application form can be filled online as well as offline. Candidates choosing online mode need to fill in the form online and make the fee payment. To fill the form offline, candidates need to download the same from the University’s website, fill it and send it to NIMS University along with the Demand Draft.
Step 2: Download NIMSEE admit card
Candidates appearing for the exam will have access to their admit cards. The admit card can be obtained from the official website. Candidates can download their admit card by logging in to their account.
Candidates need to take the printout of their NIMSEE admit card and carry the same to the examination hall.
Step 3: NIMSEE Exam
NIMSEE consists of multiple choice questions wherein candidates need to choose one correct answer from the options available.
The syllabus of the exam will be in accordance to the subject(s) chosen by the candidate.
Step 4: Check NIMSEE Result
NIMSEE result will be displayed on the official website. Candidates can view their NIMSEE result by logging in through their personal accounts.
