Good college but has improper administration.

Placements: Placements are still ongoing, so I can't provide an exact number, but they are progressing well. The highest salary package offered is 82 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top-tier companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, BPCL, and HPCL are actively recruiting. Only a small percentage of students approximately 10% will secure internships. Top roles include software development engineer (SDE), training design engineer, and data analyst.

NITS- Though not the best but not even that bad.

Placements: The placement is fine and is reliable to some extent, ignoring the recession of last year. The maximum package reaches 80 LPA, with 3.5 LPA being the lowest and the average is 8 LPA. For a branch like CSE, placement is almost 100%. More than 80% of students get placed overall at NIT Silchar. The placement of core branches is a bit low but the maximum reaches above 20 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Microsoft, Oracle, C-DAC, L&T, Tata Projects and many more. Internship opportunities are als...
