I am satisfied with my department. Good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: At present, there are 12 students in my course. Recruiting companies are ONGC, Tata Steel, GSI, etc. Roles offered in my course is Geologist. As this is a government institution so the fee is low compared to other private institutions.
Infrastructure: The library is quite good and well known. Classrooms are neat and clean with AC practical labs for each branch of Geology. The quality of food in the Canteen is good and they maintain proper hygiene. The medical facilities are excellent and very helpful. Sports and games are also good.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, everyone is highly educated and also experienced. The course is relevant and it makes students ready for their bright future. Teaching quality is great. Semesters are neither so hard nor so easy. The pass percentage is 35%.
Other: I chose this course as it's very interesting to know about mother Earth and her activities. It covers all aspects of Science which include Physics Chemistry Biology etc. Fest is damn exciting. Campus surrounding and crowd is also great.

This college is perfect for students who love nature.
Placements: Placement opportunities are average.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are spacious and huge with good lighting and proper air circulation. Labs are clean and well-equipped. Wi-Fi is available but not accessible everywhere. It is only accessible in the labs and some classrooms. The Wi-Fi connection varies from strong to weak. Library facilities are available to every student and they work in a properly disciplined manner.
Faculty: There are highly qualified professional teachers to teach at our university. Teachers are sincere and use library resources to help the students with their lessons. They make sure knowledge is taught effectively so students don't struggle during exams. Even though the course syllabus is vast, it's really useful for students who are serious about their careers. The university is very strict with its attendance policy, and students learn sincerely. The tough lessons are understandable. As the world is developing, it needs to be more digitalised.
Other: This course provides detailed information on the factors that shape the earth which we live in now. As a person who has always been eager to learn about the world, I prefer this subject as a great way to gain knowledge. Campus life is great, with friends and support provided not only by teachers and students in the respective departments but also friends from all over the place, making a student feel at home.
