Periyar Maniammai University MBA/PGDM Courses & Fees 2024: Eligibility, Selection & Fee

The Periyar Maniammai University offers a MBA/PGDM with an overall duration of 2 years. About 80 to 90 percent students get placed in the reputed firms like- HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Flipkart, Amazon, and some investment banks such as Goldmine Sachs. Placements are also given in management consultants firm, such as Deloitte.

Out of 50 MBA graduates, 25 were placed during the 2022 PMIST placements. This makes the placement rate 50%. Earlier, 4 out of 57 MBA students were placed during 2021 placements. Taking a look at the past three years' data (2020 to 2022), a fluctuating trend was observed in the number of MBA students placed. For MBA finance seats is 40. For MBA finance banking and investment the seats is 20 .For MBA in just banking seats is 10 . For MBA in sales and marketing  the seats is around 15 and MBA hr seats is 15 . For other MBA subjects such MBA logistics  and management or MBA entrepreneurship or MBA data analytics the combined seats is around 20 .So  total MBA seats is around 120 to 150 in this university  it may change  at the time admission you can se increase in few streams.

The PMIST MBA the highest package is not out officially. However, the median package offered during 2022 and the past three years' placements are disclosed in the NIRF report 2023. During 2022 MBA placements, the median package offered was INR 2.52 LPA, which was the highest amount recorded in the past three years (2020 to 2022).
