Review of Pimpri Chinchwad University (PCU).
Placements: In my Bachelor of Technology in AIML degree, there are 600 students in a year. The placement ratio is about 60:40. About 40% of students get placed. Students who do not get placed are planning for PG with a good CGPA. Our campus recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Flipkart, and many other 1000 companies. Last year the highest salary package offered was 75 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. The placement ratio is great. On-campus many students from 3rd year got an internship in companies like Flipkart, Wipro, and many private limited companies. The stipend offered in internships ranges from Rs. 46,000-50,000 per month.
Infrastructure: On campus, there are much prettier facilities and infrastructure. Classrooms are very good for communicating and learning because the area of college is so natural and interesting. The college has many Wi-Fi and CCTV cameras on every floor and classroom. Labs are fully organised. The college library has a collection of technology and course-related books for students. The hostel is so good and the better is a girls' hostel as it is located on the college campus with assured security. Boys have 2 hostels under 3 kilometers area with a bus facility in hostel fees. Food is good.
Faculty: All teachers are very good at teaching. They have the knowledge to provide great opportunities to students. Nowadays the course makes students 50-50 industry-ready because no college makes students fully industry-ready niether IITs. Semester exams are of moderate level. For passing you want to secure at least above 30%.

The college is very good.
Placements: I am Manasi Sunil Dherange, pursuing a B.Tech in CSE AIML. PCU College is the best college. The teachers are very good at teaching the subjects. They take some extra courses for extra knowledge to gain. The placement cell is very good in my college.
Infrastructure: The hostel is really very nice. I didn't expect these facilities from any hostel. There are washing machines to wash clothes. They also clean your room after 3 days. The fees are a little more, but the surrounding nature is also nice. The facilities are really good.
Faculty: There are 2 end semester exams in 1 year. The exams are not that tough. If you pay attention in lectures, you will not get backlogs. The teachers are very helpful. If you have any queries, you can ask your teachers without any hesitation. They give you a sufficient amount of knowledge.
Other: There are so many events happening in my college. The fest is also very enjoyable. The name of my college fest is Anantam. The crowd in college events and fests is just too much.

Uncertain about placements, not a good college life, and college is isolated from the main city.
Placements: The university was established in 2023, so there haven't been any placements conducted yet. Pimpri Chinchwad University is a branch of PCET/PCCOE, and the average placement package is 8 LPA, the highest placement package is 60 LPA, and the lowest placement package is 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Students have access to Wi-Fi, and laboratories for different subjects such as computer science, physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, fabrication, etc. are there. Students also have access to the library. There are different hostels: Tulip, Collina, Buona Vital (Off-Campus Boys Hostel) PCU Girls Hostel (In-Campus Girls Hostel) I am from Buona Vital, and the hostel quality is very poor. Food-wise, it is decent. It doesn't have fully functioning gym (equipments are broken, not cleaned, etc.). Nothing is maintained. Frequent power cuts are there. The management team is barely listening to us.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable; they are all friendly and supportive, and they answer everything you ask. The course curriculum is relevant, but the first year seems irrelevant; it has some topics that are not really needed for computer science. But it does make the students industry-ready since it has some topics that are needed in the current corporate market.
Other: I chose this course because it has been my interest since I was a kid. The best thing about my course is that it is very rewarding and fun. Adding more practical implementation in the course would improve it. There's festivals, events, and activities happening in the university, which are hosted by the management.

College is average; everything is good and will be provided to you.
Placements: The students who were placed are more than 70%, as it also depends on the students themselves. The average package of PCU is 6 LPA and the high package is 32 LPA, but one of the highest packages is 62 LPA at PCET, as it is part of PCU. Top recruiters are Uber, Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, Wi-Fi and labs are also good, hostel facilities are very good for girls, as far as I know. Food and room service are good and there is a very good environment here. There are mess, canteen, and sports and games also. Overall, it is good for students to study.
Faculty: Teaching style is good, exams and practicals are also better as we have to prepare for them seriously. The courses offered are also relevant to the industry, and they give students access to many paid courses for free, as well as the premium platform like LinkedIn, etc.
Other: Fests and all other events are good as well.

College is very best, and beneficial for us.
Placements: Our college offers the best placement. The average salary package offered is 61 LPA, and a student was placed in Flipkart. The college campus is very big. Top companies like TCS, Capgemini, Flipkart, and Wipro visit for placements. Our college guarantees placements and internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great and there is a lot of space on campus. Hostels and canteen are very big. There is a playground and big lawns. Classrooms and labs are very big. Digital library and library is also available. Library is equipped with many books. College is located at mountain side. There are no distractions while studying.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good and friendly with students. They have sufficient knowledge about their subject. They share their experiences about real-time industries, companies, interviews, and studies. Also, they clear our doubts and help us in every trouble. They help us with our projects and many other things. They are the best faculty.
Other: Our batch took admission in 2023. There are more than 1,500 students in first year now, and around 700 students in the second year. Management is very effective.

PCU - Coming Up Big
Placements: The placement is centralized for all PCET group colleges. The highest package till now is 61 lacs by Uber. Almost everyone gets an internship, whether paid or unpaid. The top recruiters are Uber, TCS, and many more. Overall, the placement is too good.
Infrastructure: We get 24 hours of free Wi-Fi. The labs are also equipped with modern equipment. The hostel facility is good, with amenities like washing machines, a swimming pool, a clubhouse with a gym, and table tennis. There’s also a basketball court and a badminton court. The food is not up to the mark.
Faculty: The teachers are excellent, holding very good degrees and PhDs, with a minimum of five years of experience. The course is very updated. The semester exams are moderate, and the pass percentage is above 75%. Scoring is not too tough. If you study, you will do well.
Other: Choosing a course at Pimpri Chinchwad University (PCU) blends personal interest and career goals. With an industry-focused curriculum, experienced faculty, and top-notch infrastructure, it’s a solid choice. Vibrant campus life, events like Technovanza, a diverse crowd, and ample scholarships enhance the experience. Improvements in research and support services are needed.
