Our college provides good infrastructure and patient exposure.

Placements: Our college provides 150 MBBS seats, and the course is 5 and a half years of study with CRRI. It is a good college, with a good environment and professors. Students can learn more than any college in Pondicherry. CRRI has good exposure to the management of cases.

It is a very good college with good faculty members and average facilities.

Placements: There were 150 students per class when I joined in 2016, and now they have increased the strength up to 180. For placements, we have to write NEET exams and have to get good marks in order to get good placements.

Review of Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences.

Placements: We are not offered placements, but a stipend is offered for internships. Internships are compulsory after the 4.5 years of theory studies. The stipend offered is around Rs. 17000 per month. The demand in the medical field is good, and the job opportunities are also good. In rural areas, you can get around Rs. 60000 per month as an MBBS doctor. In cities like Bombay, Delhi, etc., you get around Rs. 80,000 per month to Rs. 90,000 per month.

Satisfactory because right now they focus much on how the students learn than what they learn.

Placements: 150 students a batch. Half of them are working in covid related work right now. There's no such thing as recruitment, once you have registered with the MCI, an individual can join any hospital or set up a clinic and work, every year around 100 interns are produced.
