Placements: Our batch did not have enough placements. Our batch was the first batch, so we hoped that the placements will be good, but there were fewer placements. In that year, only 20% to 30 % of the students were placed, and no internships were provided by the college. Capgemini and ICICI visited the campus, and the average salary offered was 3.50 lakh per annum.
Placements: The placements for our senior batch were good and almost all the students got placed but many were placed in management profile too. Around 85% students were placed. The highest package was around 3.35 lacs and the average was 2.18 lacs. The companies that visited were Innoeye, Calsoft, Capgemini, Jumpstart, Helios, etc. The roles offered to the students were of an HR executive, analyst, software developer, sales force developer, etc. The percentage of students who did an internship was 35%. I d...
I think the approach of my college is orthodox as they don't want to change their ideologies and schemes. At the time of placement, they have one student one company policy which is not in advantage for students. In terms of innovation also, they lack in motivating students. They organizes most boring college fest and there are so many restrictions which are at some point seems worthless. One good point is that they have helping faculty.
This college is quite small and you will never get the feeling of a college. It is more of a school rather than a college because the rules and regulations are strict. The infrastructure is normal and the faculty is average, some are above average and some are below. The hostel life is also average, although the food is not bad. If you are able to do something on your own and you like the strict environment then you must join it. There is a lack of environment for exploring things and discoverin...
Poornima University is not a brand as advertised. First of all talking about the infrastructure, it’s not as good as one expect from any engineering college. It spreads in less area so that extra curriculum activities barely get spaced. Because of that the crowd in any event is not good. Talking about the study and class environment, some staff members are good and also supportive, but most of them are recently passed out graduate, you can't expect much from them. Practical classrooms are fine. ...
Placements: The placement of the college is average. The average package of the college is around 4 LPA and the highest is 25 to 30 LPA, which is off-campus. The college also provides internships and, based on the skills, students get a stipend and also get placed in the same company if they work well during their internship period.
Placements: There are no placements they just fake placeme small company come and just take studnets for the name of the university it is not as it is shown in advertisements. Companies which are just at intital phase come and go sometimes don't take students with them.
Placements: Placements are quite good itsdeoend on students CGPA if he/she has a good CGPA and industry knowledge he/she must get a good package minimum package is 2 LPA avg is 5 and maximum is 9 LPA. Student must have more then 7 CGPA for good placement also industry knowledge .
Placements: Percentage is not the main issue in the private colleges or in private universities main problem in my university is that they completely focus on the one thing and that is student get the job but university don't give the knowledge. I am in currently doing B.tech in cs but i don't have my own domain knowledge. First coding subject in cs is c language but due to various type of excuses university change 3 facilities and this is thing is also continues in other subjects also so Self study is best...
Placements: The college offers a significant number of packages, but most students end up with very low packages, typically in the range of 3 to 4 LPA, which is quite meager. Some students do secure higher packages, with the highest recorded last year being 23 LPA, but such instances are limited.
Placements: Mostly, the predominant companies that provide placements to our students are Celebal Technologies and Infosys, with around 40 percent of students securing placements in our college. The highest package offered is around 23 lakhs, while the lowest package stands at approximately 3.5 lakhs per annum.
Placements: Most recruitment conpanies are Infosys, wipro, deloittee etc. Ratio of placement in our university for btech is 45-65%. And highest placement of our university is 23 lacs and minimum placement is 4-5 lacs . Overall placement is decent and I think they need to improve their placements.
Placements: Many students got placed in our college with low salary packages. Small companies visit our college to recruit students. Students with good practical knowledge got placed in good companies. Startups and core companies from Rajasthan visit our college to recruit students. MNCs don't visit our college.
Placements: Not much sure about the placements. As I have not seen it yet but I do think it gives placement as mentioned in the prospectus or website. But the way of teaching is not at all good according to me. On-campus I do think the placement is guaranteed.
Placements: There is a lack of core companies, especially for the engineering field. But placements are good for the IT, or a satisfied number of students pursuing in the IT sector get placed. Regarding placements, if students have a reference, then they can easily get placed. So, students should not depend on the college or can't accept a lot.
Placements: My senior batch got placed in very good companies. The average salary package offered was 6 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 7 LPA. However, the placement process has least packages for freshers. Majority of companies are startups with extremely hard working hours involved. Placement drive for my current batch has started, and 2 students got placed.
Placements: Placements of B.Com from Poornima University are neither that good not that bad. The average student gets placed with a salary package of 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA. Every year, lots of companies visit here to recruit B.Com graduates. Students who have more certificates can easily get a job without actually doing anything. I don't study to get a job and to get maximum marks. I only study to educate myself. If you want to get a job after doing B.Com, then you are in a wrong college because you will only ...
