Placements: The placement over there, especially if you have done B.Com than it is negligible. You will get placement only related to a sales job. The placement will not be too fruitful if you are aiming for a long run. Some companies like Amazon, Godrej, and the other banks may approach you, but they will offer you less.
Placements: It's not much better. I am thinking of better much better the placement is not doing good because of money value so I request you all to have a better college than this. Only few people got the placement because they were preparing a low amount as a 10000 for replacement so I do not do refer the college for the placement. But I can say the education is much better than other college for salary was the 20,000 and which was the 10,000 there was no industry in our college but the Stephen was much m...
Placements: For mechanical engineering there is 90% placement but package are not so good. But there is quite progress nowadays. And in average for all branches, there is 70% placement. Placement cell is working nice nowadays and had given nice and warm results over the placement issue and I had felt that numbers of them are quite satisfied.
Placements: Placement is average. If you are talented and have good communication skill then you will placed with an average package of about 2 to 3 Lacs per annum. Various students of graduation section prefer higher studies over being placed. Various companies that visit our college are TCS, Wipro, ICICI bank, HDFC banks etc.
Placements: The placements were very good. I remember that more than 40% of the students of our senior batch got placement and around 45% of the students from our batch got the placements. The companies like TCS, Wipro, Mahindra, Concentric and UCO Bank also hire students. The students get a lot of opportunities after completion of their course.
Placements: Placements in our college are quite well and our senior batch secured good salary packages. Most of them got a job offer in the banking sector and the HR sector. Students are working as a management trainee in well-known companies with very good job roles and responsibilities under the guidance of the company.
Placements: I got placed in ICICI bank. Our placement was good, and they were taking the interview in groups and at the second stage personal interview took place. Good examiners were there in this college. They asked questions related to the subject as well as a few general knowledge questions.
Placements: As a government engineering college, the placements were good enough. Roughly, 80% of the students got placed in core industries. The highest package offered was 7.2 LPA, and the lowest was 3.0 LPA. All responsibilities of placements are taken care by a student committee named as ILC under the supervision of some faculty members. For the internship, only 2 or 3 companies visited the campus.
Placements: Placements are really good. A lot of core companies visit the campus during the whole year. Average package offered to the students of this institute for the undergraduate programme is around 4 LPA. Many manufacturing giants like JSW, Tata, JSPL, Kirloskar Brothers Limited and few data analysis companies like Mu Sigma, KPMG regularly visit the campus.
Placements: Big companies like TCS, Wipro, Godrej and many others come for placement drive to St Xavier's College. Many students got selected by these companies. I was selected by TCS but could not compete for the interview level. The college gives preference to its students and recruits them as lecturers.
Placements: The placements are good, and sometimes it goes up to 60%. The average placement is around 90%-98%. The average package would be around 3 LPA since this college is under MHRD, the government of India. Good companies visit and the end you may end up in Tata, Maruti, etc. Also, you can go to PSUs.
Placements: In foundry and forge technology (FFT) batch in M.tech, placement is good other than manufacturing and material science. In the last year 2015 batch, 15 students are placed out of 19 students. B.Tech and ADC students have great placement scenario here. So great opportunity is provided here.
Placements: My batch placement was almost 80% with the average package of 2.4 LPA. The campus placement of this college is excellent. The companies like Tata Motors, Maruti, DCM visited every year for placement with the exciting package. Now my friends and I are working very happily.
Placements: Placements in our college were average, and not all the students got placed because the packages offered was average. Central Bank, Infosys and some other company visited our college. About 50% of the students got internships, but a majority of them opted from outside.
Placements: The placements are not much good. It is average. The placement cell HOD is a very helpful person. They help the students how to face the interview and which type of question will be asked by any company. Lots of companies come here for placement, but it depends on the student how to get placed. The placement in charge only helps in placement. They cannot assure 100% placement for you.
Placements: The Placement of the College is pretty well with companies like Infosys, Concentrix, ICICI prudential, Wipro, The Telegraph visiting the college. The jobs are mainly from BPO and Insurance sector. The salary offered is between Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month. The companies, at times, shortlist based on CV or else conduct group discussion and personal interview.
Placements: The placement scenario is pretty well n this college. Although the exposure is less in comparison to any NIT or IIT, you get pretty chances to get placed in well-reputed brands like Tata, KPMG, Hindalco, and Hinduja Foundries. The perks and recognitions are even higher if you are good at studies. The environment is very conducive for GATE preparation (especially for METALLURGY). The institute holds the legacy of producing toppers (within AIR 10) every year in GATE. The credit, of course, goes to...
Placements: The placements are good. Various companies which are related to different sectors come here to have bright students. The highest salary offered is 4 LPA, and the lowest is 1.2 LPA. Reliance, Tata motors like companies visited here. About 60% of the students got placed every year.
Placements: The placements of our college were average. The vocational course placements were around 80%. The average package offered was 3.5 LPA. Honestly speaking, small companies were there for normal graduate students but the majority of the students never adopted for that as they were to do masters or anything further after the graduation. The average package offered by those companies was around 2 LPA. The internship was not provided by the college, the students who wanted the internship, opted out an...
Placements: The placement scenario was good for our batch. Most of the students bagged good roles with good companies. The companies like Tata Motors was hugely popular, and they offered a decent package of Rs. 6 +LPA. A UAE company made the top offer of Rs. 11 LPA for its role based in Dubai and they ended up recruiting two students. Other companies visiting for the placements were Mahindra, Amtek Auto, Mahindra & Mahindra, etc.
