Good college for middle-class students.
Placements: Placements are not up to the mark, but you may get a chance to join companies for experience purposes at a low package. The average package is 3 LPA CTC. More placements belong to the Computer Science branch, while there are fewer placements for the Civil Engineering branch.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good in condition, but the quality of food is not good. Classrooms are large with good quality chairs and desks. Sports facilities include Cricket, Football, Basketball, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Kho-Kho, Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom, etc.
Faculty: Faculty are mostly contact-based. Their qualifications and knowledge are good but less in teaching skills. The faculty are always friendly with you and support and guide you in academics. The syllabus is at an M.Tech level. Exams are a little bit tough compared to other colleges/universities.
Other: I have an interest in Computer Science, which is why I chose it. Placements are good in this branch compared to others. After COVID, there are not as many events organized.

The college is excellent for acquiring knowledge, but there is room for improvement in hostel.
Placements: Many companies come to recruit students every year, with a majority being IT companies rather than core companies. The highest package recorded so far is 64 LPA in Amazon, while the lowest for core companies is 3 LPA. The average salary falls in the range of 4 to 6 LPA. Students engage in internships annually, and companies often offer higher packages based on internship performance.
Infrastructure: The hostel infrastructure is average, and the water is not purified. There is a 24/7 regular library with a vast collection of great books, providing students with an opportunity to gain more knowledge. The digital library facilitates online classes, and the college management provides free laptops to students for easy access to study materials and attending online classes.
Faculty: The faculty consists of highly qualified individuals from prestigious IITs. Their teaching is extremely beneficial to students, as they adeptly clarify doubts in an understandable manner. Each semester, we have three midterms, and the pass percentage for every branch is set at 75%.
Other: The course I pursued significantly contributes to my career growth. Practical experiments are an integral part of our curriculum, enabling us to gain hands-on knowledge. Annual tech fests, weekly programs, and branch games organized by the college enhance students' overall knowledge. Scholarships are facilitated by the college management.

Rgukt Basar unfiltered. College placements were limited. Mess food was very poor.
Placements: I was in the 2020 batch and passed out in 2024. Nearly 50% of students got placed. The highest package was 17 LPA, offered to 7 students by White Carriot Company. The average package was 5 LPA. Top recruiters include Accenture, Vasar Labs, Hugo Save, Medha Servo, and many more. Roles offered included Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, Research and Development, Blockchain Developer, AI Engineer, and ML Engineer.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure for labs, classrooms, and the library was excellent, and Wi-Fi connections were available to every student. The daily limit for internet access was 2 GB per student, and it was unlimited in the library. The quality and infrastructure of the hostels and mess were not good. The quality and taste of the food were very poor. Moreover, medical facilities were excellent, and sports equipment was provided by the college. There are huge grounds for playing, including many sports such as basketball, tennis, badminton, football, and cricket. Apart from that, there are two separate gyms for boys and girls.
Faculty: Teachers were M.Tech qualified from IIITs and NITs, and they were experienced. Their teaching methods helped students understand concepts easily. The course curriculum is advanced, as it follows that of an IIT, so it covers a vast range of concepts which are helpful for writing competitive exams and making students industry-ready. Semester exams were difficult compared to other colleges. It was not very difficult to pass, but getting good scores was really challenging. The pass percentage was nearly 60 percent.
Other: I chose this course because the highest number of students get placed in my course. I think if students get a chance to secure internships, they can get better opportunities. Every year, there is a technical fest conducted, and there are nearly 4-5k students on campus. The campus is spread around 270 acres, and the surroundings of the college are really beautiful. There are many clubs available at the college, such as Music, Dance, Hope House, E-Cell, Cultural Club, and NSS.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The hostel and mess facilities are excellent. Canteen is good. The food served in the canteen is good. Our college has a digital library. The hostel has Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity.
Faculty: Teachers are good and experienced. Their teaching quality is good. They always guide us. The course curriculum is according to AICTE. The difficulty level of semester exams is difficult.
Other: There are many sports opportunities with outer campus tournaments.

Our college provides good infrastructure but I am not satisfied with its teachers and facilities.
Placements: Around 30% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3.6 LPA. TCS, Infosys, and Thoughtworks are the top recruiting companies. Top roles offered are software engineer and power programmer. Almost 90% of students got internships in this course.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good in our college. We have a digital library. Computer laboratories, hostels, Wi-Fi, and digital classrooms are also available. Hostel facilities are average. The food served in the hostel is better. Canteen is not available in our college. Hospital facility is also provided on campus.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable but their teaching skills are not good. Our course curriculum is relevant but the study is not enough for practical knowledge. Semester exams are simple but not useful for students to improve their technical knowledge. The pass percentage is 92%.
Other: I opted for this course to improve my technical skills, and the best thing about our course is the infrastructure. I love computer science and engineering course and I always love to code problems.

Initially the university is good.
Placements: The placement cell of my university was not active at all. Overall, about 500 students were placed out of 1,500 students in my batch. The average number of companies visiting and the packages offered to the students were not enough. Courses like Computer Science Engineering are the only branches with a lot of placement opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our department was good and had enough classrooms to accommodate students. It also had all the core subject labs. However, the hostels were not so good; they were not cleaned well, and the mess was really horrible. The food was not good at all, and hygiene was not maintained.
Faculty: The teachers of my department were so helpful and interactive, and the main thing is that the faculty was qualified enough to teach the students. I think the curriculum was not good, as students couldn't learn enough or have much exposure to the subjects.
Other: From an early age, I was interested in electronic engineering because I was fond of mathematical concepts. In my opinion, the course must include industrial visits.
